Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

GREAT install of new garbage disposal. On time and very clean (booties put on when entering the house), Full clean up performed when service completed. Work was completed in a very timely fashion (approx. 2hrs)

It went well. I received an email with the time the plumber would be there and a picture so I knew who to expect. He arrived on time, was professional and quickly did the job.

Adam H was very courteous & efficient. He displayed customer service focus & was clear about what & why he was doing the work he did. This was our third visit from Eco over 3 1/2 yrs. They consistently send customer oriented & efficient employees. We will call them every time we need a plumber & highly recommend them.

He didn't even charge me for his time. He checked a number of possible sources of odors coming from drains and pipes. Then he noticed the sump pump cover at the same time as the HVAC person did. Within an hour or so of the repair the orders were gone. They seem like an excellent company. They seem committed to working with customers to get a good outcome. One of the things that I appreciate is that all the employees I have met or spoken with seem happy to work with that company. That says a lot in my opinion. They're the only plumbing company I call

Not good at all. when the repairman got here he said he couldn't change the parts as the toilet was too old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since when is the age of the toilet necessary. and if so why didn't they say that when I called and asked. I even called them back and told them about the incident and the girl didn't understand why he wouldn't change out the parts. So I paid $29 for nothing, and I don't think that is fair at all.

Went well. Small problem in that a small washer fell into the garbage disposal causing a loud noise after a few days when we turned on the disposal. Dan came back out and removed the washer and everything is fine now.

Very well! The tech showed up when scheduled and was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to educate me on what was going on in my drains and what my options were. His estimate/quote was very reasonable and I plan to have additional work done. He was also able to give me a quote for some additional renovation work we are just beginning to plan. He was even able to replace a leaky water heater faucet that had just developed within the last week!

Eco seemed more interested in running their camera.....showing blockage and setting up a pipe/tile repair job. I've had those same drains cleared by others...like CPR. And will have CPR do it again. Eco didn't clear the drain..... Didn't even try. I marked up the $99 cost up as "sunk costs".

I continue to use Eco Plumbers because of their quality, timeliness, and fairness. This recent trip was exceptional. My plumber was Tim W. and he went out of his way to make sure everything was completed in a tight timeframe and he was able to make quick decisions to handle touch issues on our older home. Thanks so much Tim and Eco Plumbers for another job well done.

It was good. They were friendly. It was right priced. The work turned out alright. They tried to push me into buying other things. That's why they didn't get an A. They should not push it. Quality was good. They were on time.

The first time we were happy with the work so we used them again. What I think was they give us an unskilled plumber and the guy was a nice guy but he didn’t have the skills to do what he was supposed to be doing. There were little things that were not professional and I think they need to make sure they to hire skilled plumbers. There is no need for my neighbors to see him working on my toilet in the front yard.

Very well. One toilet completely resolved. A second toilet needed to have a further minor adjustment (which I made) to fully address the problem.

Excellent. Eco Plumbers came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate and came back on a Saturday to complete the work. They were friendly and professional and did excellent work. We paid more to have them come out on Saturday, but we are happy with the results.

They worked around my schedule, replaced it better than it was originally installed He was friendly and courteous.

The battery back-up was not working, which is why I called. I was told there was nothing they could do except replace the entire system (high cost). This was a new battery and back-up system that I just needed to insure that it was installed correctly, and have the "back-up maintenance" done. Since no repair/maintenance was completed I feel that I should not have to pay $49, which I emailed to them with no response. Even a partial reimbursement would have been warranted.

Fabulous. The tech came when promised and was done in less than 20 minutes. I was very pleased.

I think the reviews speak for themselves. They did a great job with changing my water filters and doing a visual inspection of my plumbing. Later in the day I found a small water leak in my crawlspace. They were back within an hour and had it fixed and installed an additional water shut off for that area. They made it look easy. Gavin and Shawn were awesome. Doesn't get better than this.

Everything went great. I called late on a Friday afternoon when I realized that my toilet had a crack in the tank an had been leaking water. The Eco Plumber representative politely asked some questions to determine if I needed help immediately or if I could wait until Monday. Since I have 2 bathrooms, we setup an appointment for service on Monday. Nick arrived during the appointment window, examined the problem, and walked me through a series of replacement options. He explained that the prices he was presenting included labor as well as parts. I thought that was a nice touch. The toilet I had selected was not available that day, so we made an appointment for the following afternoon. Nick came back on Tuesday and got to work right away. He vacuumed up all the remaining water in the tank and bowl and then removed the old toilet. The new one was installed and working in about an hour. It was great. Nick and the technicians I dealt with on the phone were all incredibly helpful and professional. I knew exactly what was happening at all times, and the work was done quickly with no mess at all to cleanup. I would definitely hire The Eco Plumbers again.

Excellent. Bob Hickey came in and did a great job replacing the faucet. Also did the video camera drainage inspection which was pretty cool. Was able to provide plenty of good advice to avoid issues in the future. Eco's service is top quality.

They did what they needed to do and did a good job.

Good. More work needed to be done than just a tune-up (1 seal replaced, toilet mechanics replaced in both tanks). Nick was quick, efficient and did not leave any mess. Toilets work great now. Suggested we get a refund for the toilet tune-ups and charged us separately for the extra work and parts.

Very professional service technician, very knowledgeable of the issues we are facing. We have to have a major repair done, but at least we now know why and the extent of the problem.

Excellent!!! Shawn was on time, very friendly and professional. It was nice that he put booties over his shoes. The customer service was excellent as well.

Very well! Travis did a great job, as usual. We have used Eco Plumbers before, and Travis specifically has done work for us. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him.
