Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

They've become our go-to plumbers for a while, and I can't say enough good things about them. They even have a maintenance package for about $7.77 a month. They'll have a plumber come out to look at ALL the plumbing in the house and even look at the little things. They've already come out twice this year, and it's been great. We were even able to get 10% off on the job. They also snaked the drain for us while they were here. I would highly recommend them.

Bob arrived timely and performed work in a professional manner. He was very willing to explain and show me what he was doing and provide pointers for avoiding future problems. He was very easy to work with.

Eco Plumbers is way over priced compared to any other top-tier plumbing company. Sometimes paying more is good when you are receiving a higher level of service, but their prices are completely unreasonable. Think that's just my opinion? Read through all the reviews on Angie's List. Or... just ask for their hourly rate. It is over $370/hr, and that doesn't include high markups on materials. Do yourself a favor, call somebody else and save money.

It went well. Had I been able to get a second faucet. He would have replaced another one. The person doing the install was cortious. And if I was able to purchase another faucet. He would have put it on while he was there. Since I could not find another one online while he was here. I forgot about having it done at this time.

Very well. The workman was very professional and noted that there were some issues with the existing drainage structure under the sink. He proposed changes, provided an estimate and did the work all in conjunction with the pre-arranged work.

It went great! My technician Bob was the best ever. I mean THE VERY BEST EVER! This company is truly awesome. I have other projects to do and I am going to make Eco Plumbers my company.

They are good. I thought it was too much. Good quality. They were professional, courteous, told me exactly what they needed to do and how much it would cost.

They showed up on time, and gave us a choice between repairing and replacing. When we decided to replace the faucet, they brought us a variety of options. They had to go out and pick them up and bring them back. They did wonderful! The only issue I had was, I wish they had put some plastic down under the sink when they were taking the faucet out to protect the vanity from water.

The second time-great! The first time there may have been some mis-communication. The plumber at the first visit wanted to replace the entire assembly from inside the wall, cutting away part of the paneling, etc. We declined. But on the return visit, he said he could just replace the outside handle, which was all we wanted. He had the part on his truck and completed the job very quickly. We had purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" for a frost-free outdoor handle and we did get a good deal ($69 I think?). All that being said, I was happy with the service and would use them again.

When the service man came out he said my issue was not covered under the toilet tune up and quoted me $168 to make the repair (which my husband completed for $20 and his time). He then went around my house to check out my plumbing as stated in the deal and tried to sell me 3 toilets, 1 water heater and a sump pump. Amazing that I spent almost $30 for this company to try and get me to spend more money. The service man was professional and timely but It felt like Ecco Plumbing used this deal to try and make a lot of money off of me by trying to get me to buy their products.

He came late and went to the basement and took a quick look. He then walked around to one side of the house and he said he would give me a recommendation. He e-mailed the recommendation to me with a quote for the replacement of the sump pump and realignment of the streamline which totaled out to be over $4000. I did not trust it, so I got a second opinion and they said the sump pump was working fine. The owner and the receptionist I talked to were very nice but I do not trust that employee. The grades are strictly for the employee who came and did the "inspection" NOT for the owner.

Outstanding service overall. Quality work performed in a very timely and professional manner. This was the best experience I've ever had with plumbing services by far.

This turned out not too good. I spent $30 for them to come out and try to sell me a bunch of stuff. He didn't really do any work, all he did was come in and say he couldn't fix it. Or he would fix it but it would cost me $168. Then he tried to sell me a new water tank and new sum pump. So I was not real impressed. Basically I thought it was kind of a rip off. It cost $30 and then they didn't come and fix anything. They just tried to sell me a lot of products.

One faucet had a slow leak and the tech Alex, would not accept it. Scheduled another appointment and fixed the problem due a defective faucet. They followed up until the problem was fixed. Request Alex.
