Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

They were instantly prompt on scheduling, calling to schedule, to remind, to announce arrival. They arrived on time and installed faucet quickly (it is in a very inconvenient location, and that made the installation more difficult.) I also wanted the drainage evaluation, as we have had problems with gutter drainage during the torrential rains this summer. They evaluated with a small camera, showed us the blockage, and are scheduled to repair it in 2 days.

I specified what was needed when making the appointment. When they arrived , they didn't have have the proper equipment. They quoted 5X the prepaid deal price to actually perform the scheduled work. i wasted an afternoon waiting for them when they should have known they were sending out the wrong crew and wouldn't honor the deal price, They agreed I should receive a refund,

It was good. I thought that it was a great way to make additional sales calls.

It went well. The only disappointing thing was that the next week, there was a deal for $29 rather than the $59. Eco has superior service and overall worth the money because you often get what you pay for.

Very pleasant experience. Bob was on time, professional and very friendly. He did a nice job and explained every step he was doing.

So I'll start by saying that everything about the service provided was pretty good. Professional, on time, etc. I usually use a journeyman plumber for all the work I need, but he was out of town on extended leave and my old water heater was in questionable condition so I didn't want to wait too long. Thus, I hired Eco Plumbers based on them winning the super service award. The problem is simply this: the price charged for the service was FAR above a reasonable rate for the number of hours worked. The tech arrived a bit after 9am and left just before 2pm, so we'll round up to 5 hours. The amount I was charged less the permit and materials was $1007. Now I fully understand that every business has overhead. However, at over $200/hour, this is excessive especially compared to what my usual plumber charges. Not to mention, the materials invoice was $125 and the only material used was about 20 feet of PVC pipe, 10 feet of PEX, and a few connections and copper pieces. That's $30 worth of supplies at any hardware store. I won't be hiring this company again unless I need emergency service and can't find anyone else available. They would be great if the rates were reasonable.

We have it narrowed down and should have it figured out shortly. I really appreciate their persistence and professionalism in addressing this problem which has not been easy to pin down. In particular one of their technicians, Alex, has gone above and beyond in trying to find the source of this problem. I have worked with this company for over two years. It's one thing when a company does a great job on problems that are straightforward, it's quite another thing when you work with a company when the going gets tough. They have had patience, persistence, and have worked with me on pricing at times as we track down the source of this problem. I will definitely be using them in the future.

This was a big deal purchase. I spent more than the price of the big deal. The came out to do the work, probably, a week after I bought the deal. I don't think I had any unexpected issues. He did everything he was supposed to. He did everything right so far.

They were excellent and did exactly what they said they were going to do.

First time they were late. Suppose to be here 1-5 and arrived at 5:30, but they did call at 4 and ask if it was ok to come a little late. Work area had a difficult access so plumber recommended coming back & would do inspection around house (part of deal) and then give estimate and come back to do faucet & whatever else we wanted to do. Inspection was done well, plumber found a number of things to probably address but estimate of repair costs were extremely high. He also was really pushing to join their "club" which included an annual inspection and discounts on work done. The extra cost of it being a difficult area to access seemed to also be a little excessive because when he came back to replace it, it really didn't require more than about 15 minutes to replace it. They did include an inspection of my yard drainage tile which was part of the deal and that did help make up for the additional fees I had to pay for on the installation of the faucet.

Very Well. The team was punctual, thorough and explained the problems and work to be done in an easy understandable way. They were very professional throughout the process. Will definitely recommend ECO Plumbers to others.

It was on a Sunday so it was increase cost due to the weekend.

The company is great at communication. The best. The technician was very professional, respectful, did a good job on time. A little pricey in my mind, though they applied a coupon for me, so it was worth.

UPDATE To Review on 10/25/16 Eco Plumbers has a new customer service manager and has offered to fix the damage caused by their subcontractor, they have also stopped using subcontractors so this type of issue is unlikely to occur again.

The technician Robert Hickey (Bob) was one of, if not the best, serviceman I have ever had. He was on time, explained everything very well, and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company and particularly Bob for any plumbing needs you have.

Great service given. Cleaned, replaced flaps and repair work on one toilet. Very curtious.

Technician was quick and professional; the new faucets look great and do not leak. With deal and Angie's list discount, the price came to about $140 per faucet.

Job went great, no issues with removal of old disposal. No issues installing new disposal. Clean up was excellent.

Seeing the deal offered by Eco Plumbers on Angie's List, even though our toilets were working fine, I thought a little inspection and preventative work was a good idea and purchased two deals, one for each of our toilets getting the majority of the use. The company was very responsive when I first contacted them to set up the appointment and they remained communicative right up to the time when the service representative showed up at the house. The service rep was on time and was really a nice individual and did a good job of explaining what he was doing. He asked if we were having any problems with the two toilets and I indicated no. He looked inside both toilets and took a couple of pictures and indicated that everything appeared to be fine. He then put blue dye in both tanks to see if we had any leaking or valve issues. While we were waiting for the dye to settle, we went downstairs and he took a look at the sump pump and indicated that it appeared to be working just fine. We then went back upstairs and inspected the toilets and there was no blue dye in either bowl, meaning the toilets were working properly. Because we were having no issues, he gave me two new flappers to keep until such time as our existing flappers needed replaced. The service rep indicated that should we have any future problems, to please contact their company to schedule service. As he was about to leave, he handed me a survey to complete rating the service provided. The survey gave me the option of evaluating the service rep's "wow factor." Quite honestly, I was taken back by this as although he was a very nice person, I can't really say that I was "wowed." If I would've indicated that I was not "wowed," I felt that it would be unfair to the service rep as he did what he believed was required. It was also a little uncomfortable filling out the form while he was standing there observing. I indicated to him that I thought he would do more preventative service as indicated in the deal, but he stated that he did all he was required to do. Not having the wording of the deal in front of me, I let it go. I gave him a favorable rating and he took the survey and left. I was emailed by the company shortly after the service call requesting feedback. I was also contacted by phone to provide feedback. I have to admit that I have never experienced a company that was so intent and interested in receiving feedback. Usually, once the service is provided, you never hear from the company again. Eco Plumbers takes the cake as far as soliciting feedback. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to contact Eco Plumbers in the future should we experience problems. Having said that, I would not do this "deal" again as there wasn't really any preventative work completed (no adjusting of the tank level, no cleaning rim flush holes) and it felt like the service provider just acknowledged that everything appeared to be working correctly, something that we already knew. Perhaps if we had issues with our toilets, it would've been worth the cost.

I saw a deal for outside faucet replacement through Eco Plumbers on Angies List, and I had a leaky one, so I decided to go for it. Robert, the service technician was great. He replaced the outside faucet, worked a bit on my main water turn off (as it was a HARD turn), scoped my outside drain lines, and gave me estimates for some future work, ALL for the set price of faucet replacement. Robert was friendly and helpful throughout the visit and I was happy with the entire Eco Plmbers deal.

The Eco Plumbers were efficient and professional from the initial quote to the finished project. Everyone we were in contact with from this company was knowledgeable and courteous. We had them replace the main water line from the house to the street. They took care of all permits and the city inspection. They had to move our meter to another section of the basement and did this with little intrusion to our home and left our property clean and free of debris. I would use this company for any of your plumbing needs! They really did go above and beyond for us..especially given the limited time frame we had. Thank you to all the team members!

It was fine. They should communicate better and be more realistic with pricing.
