Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Had an appointment last week with a window of 1-5. At 4:45 they called to reschedule. New appointment was for 12/6/17 again 1-5 window. At 4:12 I got an email stating the plumber was on his way and would arrive in the next 30 minutes. Over an hour later he showed up. He stated the work I needed wasn't covered and then gave me a flapper for the toilet for me to install at a later date.

Did not clean main line, said it was clear. The line is flat and so still needs to be cleaned each year from what other service people have told me. Did camera line and gave description of line from outside clean out to city line. Did not appear to camera from clean out to stack. Estimate to replace 6" line and do plumbing changes in the basement was $32,874 but included a hot water heater replacement $1438 . Price did not include labor for the Zoeller Pump system. The line was going to be ran on the side of the house that would cost the most and include such things as tearing up part of the deck. The other side of the home's yard has been kept clear in anticipation of having to eventually do this repair. No fences, trees, or concrete for example. Obviously this is expensive, but if better explained or compared with alternatives it may be more justified and acceptable. Not sure if the service person thought I was serious about having work done. I was but needed a good estimate without added or hidden costs and uncertainties. Our regular plumber has been ill, so we are looking for someone trustworthy like him. We got him off Angie's List and have been very satisfied.

The technician was on-time, very professional and used protective covering on his shoes when in our home.

WOW, Bob was fabulous again. He came out to video our downspout to the city line. He came in after the video and showed me the problem with the drainage. He provided me 3 different recommendation and told me to try some techniques to see if I could clear the flow and if it didn't work to then have Eco Plumbers come out and replace the lines. His interest in making sure he explained everything clearly and gave me more options than just give me an estimate. He is very thorough as well as ethical technician. You can trust him and his recommendations.

Everything turned out well for the services performed. The representative that came out was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He didn't mind answering my questions or me asking questions about the how and why of what needed to be done. My services ended up being the last call of the day, which is fine, but other calls ran late, which pushed mine outside of the window. Once the dispatcher realized this though, I was promptly notified and given the opportunity to reschedule for another day or go ahead with the later appointment. I opted to have the service performed that day since I had taken the time off of work to be there. Overall, I was very happy with the company, and would definitely hire them again.

I got a call the same day as my purchase. I received a call on the day of the appointment to reschedule. The plumber arrived punctually on the day and was extremely professional, neat, clean and competent. Both problems were rectified quickly and he he explained what he had done. The sink now also drains properly. I was happy with the original offer price for the toilet tune up. I thought the sink job cost was a bit high for the time it would take. Considering he was already on location, I expected a better price. But it was no more than any other plumber would have charged. I am happy with the job done.

It went very well. They left me a quote for something and I said no. It was like $5,000. The work was fine. It was kind of misleading because they said it's a frost free faucet but really isn't because of the part that I need to make it frost free cost me an additional amount which I didn't get. They were very responsive. They were definitely professional.

They did a very good job yeah. We've used them a number of times already so I would yes they pretty much does our plumbing now.

Great! Besides the one faucet replacement, I purchased a second one (also at $69) and they performed that work at this same first appointment. The sump pump was OK, but it was 19 years old, so I asked for a quote on a replacement. The technician also noted that my 19 year old hot water tank and expansion tank were overdue for replacement. He quoted offers to replace it as well. I decided to take the offers on the hot water tank and sump pump replacement. Another technician was scheduled and dispatched the next day to do that work, which was completed in 3 hours (one person). All very neatly and professionally done, including cleaning 19 year old construction debris from the sump pump pit. I have also purchased a service plan for a minimal monthly fee which includes an annual plumbing inspection (their checklist is quite comprehensive, and should help me keep my aging condo fixtures operating as needed).

Things did not go well from the get-go. I conveyed to the company that I was not happy; and as a matter of fact I made it perfectly clear to the plumber while he was here that I wasn't happy. Some of my reasons were expressed to the company and they offered to send another plumber. They didn't perform the first time, so why would I expect anything different? I'd prefer to have my money back. This experience has also soured my look at these "Angie deals" offered every so often.

Eco Plumbers is extremely professional and courteous. Just by the customer service setting up my appointment I was blown away. They fit me in last minute. I'm not used to calling these types of services and dealing with friendly staff (which is sad), but Eco Plumbers were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Holden was the technician assigned. He let me watch and ask questions as he worked. He was extremely thorough and didn't miss a beat. All the while answering the fifty or so questions I was throwing at them. They didn't charge me for the evaluation which is insanely awesome. They offer this annual maintenance/inspection program that is an absolute steal of a value. I cannot recommend them enough. I am very happy they service my area and that I was able to find them. They re-invented the program for me, in terms of what I should expect from other professional firms that offer home maintenance services outside of plumbing. Went great and gave several estimates for future work. Quick and professional. Would definitely recommend!!

It went well. They replaced the dripping faucet and fixed the running toilet. They identified a few other things that needed done and I subscribed to their subscription maintenance service. They came in and did a whole home inspection and discussed other things that need addressed and we are working through a plan to resolve those items.

I had no issues, I thought they were fine. I think they were okay.

Work was done in a professional and timely manner.

It didn't go as well as planned. They told me I would have to replace the whole line for about $5000. We had a different plumber come in and snake the drain to remove the roots to avoid replacing the whole line.

They offered me an appointment that day, but I was too busy. We agreed on the next morning. I expected to have maintenance done and three minor problems fixed, but got one minor problem fixed, one replacement done, and a referral regarding replacements to fix the two other problems.

We emailed The Eco Plumber hoping they could come sometime that day. They were at our house within 30 minutes! Alex unclogged the toilet and was out the door in 10 minutes!!! This company is beyond awesome!!!!!!

They were professional and did good work. However, they were pushy on trying to sell more work and still send emails trying to sell. I wont use them again due to all the junk mail and emails.

Very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Spent a lot of time explaining me, which I appreciated as I needed the education!
