Pearl was a professional person, quite friendly and a gentleman. Services performed to my satisfaction and area was cleaned well. Also gave good suggestions for the questions I had.

The team was prompt an professional. The job was a little bigger than planned, but they worked through it and even did a few minor extras that they noticed during the project. I also asked for a water heater pan to be added last minute, which the performed as well.

Awful, paid the $29 , took two weeks for them to contact me and this was only because Angie's list got involved ! Finally schedule an appointment for 10-2 sit at home until they call at 1:50 and tell me they can't make it could they come in Friday I would be first appointment at 8am . Of course no one showed , call and am told that my appointment was for 8-11 which was not what I was told !! Canceled service got refund ! Do not call this company ! Awful!!!

Bob came out look at the job and give us an estimate for two dripping shower heads. He found that both valves were bad, they were over 25 years old with no maintenance. When they went down to turn off the water to the house and found that it was covered in corrosion and could burst at any time. He took pictures and used his tablet computer to estimate the job and show us the parts he would use. He also signed us up for their annual service check program which was less than $100 that gave us a discount that basically paid for itself. He did a water test too. We called water company and had water shut off from street. Bob was out at 8am next morning and replaced main valve with better/bigger valve and a secondary shutoff. The next day a second crew came and replaced both shower valves. All the staff were great, they explained what they were doing, were very personable and really made sure they did not bring dirt into the house and cleaned up after themselves.

They fixed the leak fine. Price seemed a bit high for such simple job but I think other plumbers would have been in the same ballpark. They ended up noticing how rusty my water heater was and sold me on a new water heater. May have "sold" me a bit on that but It was 18 years old so it probably needed replaced (and did have severe rust). As far as I can tell the new water heater is working just fine.

Our toilets no longer leak water. We must be saving money now instead of it running down the drain.

Employee was punctual and friendly. He needed parts they didn't carry on their truck. Had to return to complete work. Would have liked all done in one visit.

The shut off cartridge was replaced without a hitch (although there definitely is a "YIKES" factor when you hear how much the part costs!), and at first the toilet tune-ups seemed to improve each toilet's performance. This was especially true for the one toilet that took forever to fill up. Nick was the plumber who did the work and he was both friendly and efficient. However, soon after the service was completed the second toilet began to have difficulties shutting itself off, as the flapper was getting stuck "open" after flushing. Replacing the flapper a second time myself (I thought this wasn't a big deal as flappers cost less than $5) did not solve the problem so I called Eco Plumbers back for a consultation. Nick returned and readjusted the water level on the problematic toilet, and it now appears to have completely solved the problem (i.e. the flapper was not the problem, but rather the H2O level). He made it completely right, and combined with the other great work Nick did Eco Plumbers now deserves my highest recommendation.

Exceptional. Bob was here for several hours doing a formal walk through and flushing the water heater. He was extremely professional,courteous and knowledgeable.

The main thing that we liked about them is that they were very clean. They did the work and drained the toilet with a tube.

The entire experience was first rate, from scheduling to completion. I was kept up to date with auto notifications, and the work was performed quickly and completely. Carl also walked me through their Service Plan and provided an excellent overview without a high pressure pitch. I joined and they are coming back next week to perform a whole home inspection. Great customer service, which is a bit of a lost art these days. Thanks Carl!

Had an issue with a previous service call, but they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. It is nice to see a company that cares about their reputation and is willing to correct their mistakes.

After a rough start ( the leaking toilet they came to repair leaked worse a day later) I ended up being very happy with the work Nick did. He took the time to explain things so I could understand why what I thought would be fairly minor repairs (upstairs bathroom) ended up being a major project. I had Grohe parts the were damaged. We tried ordering the cartridges three times. None of them worked. Time to replace the system. Retro-fitting can be difficult. Repairs ended up being replacements. I do not mean to imply that it was a lack of ability on Nick's part. He told me he uses me as an example to customers who say "can't you just fix it?" Obviously I had faith in Eco Plumbers or I would not have had them come back and fix everything. Part of it was my ignorance. Once I understood the system and the costs I was very happy with the outcomes. The staff at the office are very courteous and helpful, especially Cara. Nick is the go to plumber. I would ask for him.

After checking at local hardware store, this was a deal. While the plumber was held up at another job, I was informed by their office several times on the delay and an expected ETA. Work was performed quickly and the plumber kept apologizing for the delay. I am 100% satisfied.

Very responsive as always, set up appointment very soon after calling. Tech came and evaluated situation and seemed very knowledgeable. Stated needed to dig up small area and put gravel under and build up ground by elbow of drain. Stated would coast $700, but recommended having both drains on either side of house power flushed for additional $400. To ensure free of debris . I declined the power wash. Work was scheduled to be done by another tech couple days later. He was on time, read the notes the other guy left and went off to get supplies. Came back hour later and worked about 30 minutes and used hose to see that drain was clear to street, and he said it was clear and running free. So I was glad I didn't pay $400 for power flush. Two days later noticed gurgling and noise and moist at ground site- since he spliced the drains I was afraid something came lose, they sad they would send someone the next day. Then they cancelled the appointment, saying it looks like the tech recommended a power flush and I didn't do it ,so I should schedule that now for$600. I told them it was flushed by tech using garden hose and was fine, so they sent someone who came and said he would have a free video inspection of the drain to make sure okay within week and would not need to be home and would email the video. 3 weeks later no video no communication so I inquired and they said would call and schedule . They never did. I decided to assume there was no problem as they have always done great work

We ended up with a new hot water heater we probably didn't need; however, they had a good plumber and he found and fixed the blockage, and did a decent job putting in the hot water heater. The person they sent first, "the tech" was more of a car salesman much more interested in selling all the additional plumbing work to us as he could.

The drain repair done in about an hour. Toilet was done quickly once correct tank to bowl was matched.

All repairs were completed at no additional cost. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Despite being late for scheduled arrival time, the office kept me informed of the new arrival time. Will hire again.

Was not able to proceed due to finished basement that would have to have drywall cut to perform the job.

Replacing the kitchen faucet was fine, they were to fix two toilets, one was fixed correctly, the other ran more than before it was "fixed". I had them come out to replace two bathroom faucets and they were going to charge me 750.00 for just the labor! They also told me I needed to replace my 2 hot water tanks, that was going to cost $4,000.00! I had another company come to complete the work for $1,600.00. Ecoplumbers try to sell you things you don't need and there prices are outrageous!
