Description of Work: Our kitchen faucet was leaking, and our bathroom shower head was dripping. It was easy to work with these folks over the phone, and when the plumber came into our home, he covered his shoes with protective booties (always a favorable impression). He was professional and thorough. He explained the procedures, answered our questions, and gave advice for the future. This will be our go-to plumbing company from now on.

Description of Work: Came home from camping weekend, laundry room floor wet. Water heater leaking. Called "The EcoPlumers, INC", they offered to come right away, for extra charge, or come first thing in the morning. I decided to wait until tomorrow. They told me to just shut off the water to the heater. They showed up the next morning, removed the old heater and put in a new one. Excellent service. quick and very reasonable cost.

Description of Work: Braun showed up on time, reviewed the work needed and got right to work! He fixed a leaking bathtub faucet and replaced the flusher inside a toilet which had sprung a leak. He kept the work areas clean and he worked efficiently.

Description of Work: He checked the toilet and replaced the flapper and checked for any leaks. He was very patient and gave me estimates on future work that may need to be done. I would definitely do business with this company and I received a phone call the next day from the company about my experience.

Description of Work: Had a leak from the upstairs bath drain line which caused water discharge directly below into our kitchen. Company was very responsive, sending a technician to my house within 45 min. of my call for service. Tech was very professional and gave me a prompt estimate which was very reasonable based on the fact that he had to go get some needed supplies. Very satisfied with the work that was done as well as the time to get things fixed. Tech put on protective 'booties' and told us they will recycle all parts.

Description of Work: they were great - on time, very professional. The plumber did not think it was a real plumbing issue, but drainage around a shower fitting - he gave us suggestions on how to repair it and charged only a $25.00 service call. I will definitely call Eco Plumbers in the future for all plumbing needs.
