Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's List special. Mike came out on Saturday and did an excellent job of the painting that I needed. He was very professional and I'm currently working with him on estimates for other properties.

Description of Work: I found Mike on Angie's List and he came out and provided a detailed work plan, and talked to me about the nuances of this particular job. He was extremely professional and personable. We had a tight schedule due to a huge social event at our house, mostly on the back patio. He rearranged his work schedule to ensure the work was done before that event, and all who attended commented on how great everything looked (and I did not ask them to say that). More importantly, Mike and his crew came out around all the rain we had...if he could get two hours of painting in between cloudbursts, he was here painting. He cleaned up everything each day so you could not tell he'd even been there. He kept me updated on progress, and emailed me updates as well. He provided MORE than he said in his proposal (extra coats of paint and stain on decks, where needed) and DID NOT CHARGE extra. Nobody does this anymore...but Mike did. Quit looking for a great painter (he does inside work too) and call Mike. You will be more than thrilled with is work...that's a stone cold lead pipe lock. We could not be happier.

Description of Work: Called to have an estimate on painting a small kitchen. There was some wall repair that needed to be done due to wallpaper removal. Mike was very professional. Returned my call the following day and was on time for apppointment. Decided to go with another company based on price and Angie's list rating for other company.

Description of Work: He put 1 coat of paint on my condo walls except for 1 bedroom. He patched 1 ceiling and painted it. He replaced the light/fan (ceiling) in my upstairs bath. He didn't do bathroom or kitchen painting. He painted 2 coats of waterproof paint in back room of basement & 2 walls.
