Description of Work: They painted the interior of the condo and garage. He was able to fit me in to the schedule quickly and completed the work very well. He communicated with me via email as I was already out of the area. I visited the condo after the work was done and was very pleased.

THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK (AND HIS CREW) WAS EXCELLENT. HE IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND EASY TO WORK WITH, AND WILL MAKE SURE THE JOB IS DONE TO YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

AFTER THEY LEFT I FOUND ONE SMALL SPOT THEY ACCIDENTALLY MISSED BEHIND A COMMODE; I CALLED AND MIKE CAME BACK OUT RIGHT AWAY AND CORRECTED THE SPOT THEN CHECKED AROUND AGAIN TO MAKE SURE THE OTHER AREAS LOOKED GOOD. THEY HELPED WITH PAINT SELECTION AND TESTING, FOR EXAMPLE, BY PUTTING DIFFERENT COLORED TEST STRIPS ON WALLS SO THAT WE COULD SEE HOW THE COLOR WOULD ACTUALLY LOOK, AS OPPOSED TO THE PAINT CHIP SAMPLE STRIPS PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURERS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CAREFUL ABOUT NOT SPILLING PAINT OR LEAVING PAINT SPOTS IN THE WRONG PLACES.
