Description of Work: I hired Nate and his crew two years ago to paint my home inside and out. When a woodpecker decided to peck a new home into my wood, I called Nate. This job was beyond my ladder and expertise. How many business owners would come out on a Saturday all in the name of customer service? not many. Creative Finishes are the best !

Description of Work: I did not use this company. I may in the future; however, their price was not competitive on the total job, they were slow to respond after the quote and they refused to do part this year and the balance next year or modify their quote for this change. We couldn't do business. I can only rate them as "F" for their responsiveness and professionalism. I got this year's part of the work done for a lower price. It will be done the way we need it done. Part this year and the balance next year.

Description of Work: They were hired to paint most of our new home. I wasn't sure about what colors I wanted and Nathan was excellent in helping me pick out colors and accent colors. The work came out great and we continue to get compliments on the colors. We would definitely recommend and use them again for future projects. They also worked quickly as well. They finished painting one entire floor and most of our 2nd floor in 2 days.

Description of Work: They power-washed then painted the house exterior (aluminum siding), repaired bee holes in the trim, and replaced a porch pillar. The painters did an excellent job -- it looks great. Am very pleased. Nate returned calls and was helpful. The painters were on time, efficient, kept work area neat, were attentive to details, and did an overall professional job.

Description of Work: Asked for an estimate , using the online form, and after several days of no response, I called. They called back and we scheduled a time for an estimator to visit. He came as scheduled and said he would email me the estimate the following Monday. It's Friday and it hasn't shown up.

Description of Work: Repair cracks in drywall, stress fractures, paint ceilings and walls of one downstairs room and loft area. Small wood repair and wood refinishing on staircase.

Description of Work: Painted walls and woodwork in finished basement. We are very happy with the both the quality of work done and the professionalism of Nate and his crew. I would highly recommend Creative Finishes to other Angie's List members.

Description of Work: i called Nate. He answered the phone, made a site visit and gave me an estimate same day. I can not believe the prior reviewers comments. There must have been a mistake.

Description of Work: Nate and Creative Finishes did such a great job on the exterior of our home that we had them paint an interior room as well. They painted our vaulted ceiling family room WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION! We returned to a brand new room and not a drop of paint anywhere. We trusted Nate with the key to our home and he did a GREAT job. Can't say enough about Creative Finishes and their service.

Description of Work: We received several quotes to have the exterior of our house painted. Nate's estimate was one of the most compettive (not the lowest) and the work was outstanding. They were on time everyday and finished the job on time. They were responsive to our requests, even changing the color a bit after starting the job. Nate's crew was friendly and very professional. The work was outstanding. We liked the work so much that we have hired them to do some interoir work for us as they will be painting a brick fireplace for us. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and colleauges.
