They did a good job. They were very efficient as they took them away. It's a good quality. They have a good response and they were punctual and professional.

They did very well and did everything I asked. I don't have any dislikes either. I would use them again in the future.

This is the second time I have used them and both times everything was perfect. They arrived on time,very careful moving the furniture, asked if there was anything else they could do for us. I highly recommend them and will use again.

Getting in touch and getting all the information took a bit longer than it should have, but when I did get an answer, everything was taken care of. They came and got the tv and were in and out in 5 mins. Very nice and professional and apologetic about the miscommunication that happened. Would use them again.

I was very impressed when the owner contacted me within hours of requesting service dates. He arranged for a next day appointment to do an estimate, called 15 minutes prior to arrival and was very professional! He gave me an estimate and explained exactly how the job would be completed. When the actual demolotion day came, he again came to supervise his workers and completed the entire job in an hour ( he had estimated 2) and so the entire job came in under the estimate of $350. When they were done they loaded up the truck with all of pieces of the shed! They left the space very tidy and did a wonderful job!

A friend recommended the company after he used them for a move about a year earlier. After using them, I can definitely see why. We got quotes from a total of four companies including College Hunks. They were the only ones who gave us the real "out the door" price - other quotes came in with "fuel surcharges, sales tax, etc. not included" asterisks on them. That helped ensure there were no big surprises after everything was done. The whole process was very smooth and professional. They were on-time for the estimate and the move and worked incredibly efficiently. With a company that bills by the hour, there's always some question if they're going to string things out a bit to pad the bill. That was definitely not the case. I can only describe it as a "flurry of activity" when they showed up. We did a quick walk-through and then they got to work. There was one older supervisor, who helped keep things organized and provided direction to a crew of guys in their early 20s. We had a 2-car garage packed wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling with boxes. They had the whole thing emptied in roughly 20 minutes. It was amazing. They got furniture out of the house without banging it into walls/doorways and everything arrived at the new house in good shape. They even hooked up the washing machine for us at the new house. I waited a couple weeks to write this review to make sure we wouldn't find a box filled with broken dishes or something like that. Everything arrived in the same condition it left in. Nothing was broken or damaged. The moving process is a pain (especially if you have little kids), and the actual day of the move was something I was definitely kind of dreading. By mid-afternoon, all of our stuff was in the new house and it was done. It really couldn't have been easier. The crew was polite and very motivated. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone. One important note: The ease of moving day depends quite a bit on what you do BEFORE moving day. One of the big parts of our move was having everything boxed up and ready to go that morning. We had taken most of the boxes out of our basement and put them in the garage, so instead of having to carry them up a narrow stairway, they could basically just turn around and walk them up the ramp into the truck. We had beds and cribs disassembled for them. They can obviously do that stuff, but the more you have done in advance, the faster it goes. You've usually got several weeks or maybe a month between the sale of your house and closing. Make use of that time. Moving is no fun, but if you do your part these guys can make it a really easy and pretty stress-free day for you.

They showed up on time. Preformed the services exactly as they said they would. Very professional, clean, and made sure everything was taken away. Called two days before to confirm and emailed the day of to confirm reservation.

It couldn't have gone much worse. Two gentlemen arrived, backed in, and began hauling the stuff from the loft. First off, we were unaware as to how you were charged for the service (I take the blame for not calling or investigating that to begin with). They determine charge based on how full the truck is. A full truck is $500+ and no, they do not pack it efficiently. They just throw the stuff in which as a worker I would do to. However, if you are basing cost on the how full the truck is, as a customer I want it packed efficiently. The worst part came when they went to reposition the truck to save a few steps while loading. When the driver pulled the truck up he accidentally slammed into our basketball hoop (Pro Dunks) which cost about $2000 installed. The hoop shifted nearly 45 degrees and now is completely compromised. College Hunks first offer: take $50 off of the service. This caused me to actually call to see what the real solution was going to be (because that solution was laughable) and I was told they would make it right. Jim, the owner, came out and proceeded to tell me he saw nothing wrong with it. He said that he would not file an insurance claim and that it would come out of his pocket...but he would make it right. After many an email full of promises but no action, I ended up going through my own insurance. Even despite this Jim swore to fight my own claim. Unbelievable. Fortunately after all evidence was submitted, Jim's own insurance saw that the right thing to do was to provide the funds for a new system. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - at least this branch as it is a franchise. If you ever have an issue do not expect it to be made right...no matter what you are told. If you check my other reviews you will see that 90% of them are glowing and positive. It takes a pretty bad experience for me to write such review. Proceed with caution if you decide to hire them.

Hot tub removal and clean-up. Guys were on time, very professional, and cleaned up/removed all debris.

The team came and removed the hot tub the same day we discussed the work. They did a wonderful job cleaning the mess afterwards. This was the second time I use this service and would use again.

It went perfect. Two man team came out and they were polite. They did everything I asked for and it went smoothly. They did it as efficiently as possible in order to save me money in the long run. They were quality work.

Arrived on time, filled the truck within about 45 minutes and were gone - no muss, no fuss. will bring them back to do attic and basement

The team called in advance of their arrival as promised. Due to a slight disability on my part, the unit was still partially mounted to the house. The team finished detaching the unit without additional charge. They were as courteous and helpful as it was possiblew to be. I will definitely use the service again. Tthis was the second time that I have used the service this year and both times have been more than satisfactory.

I called the company literally looking for a pick up of goods to go to our local Goodwill. I did not realize their existing service area did not include NE Ohio. The person with whom I spoke explained that they were making headway as a national entity & also moved household goods from one place to another. He offered to give me a ballpark estimate. I called other companies & they were all about the same: $1200+. Because they were located in Columbus where we were moving, I took the chance & booked the move. A week before we closed, we learned we had the wrong date of closing. It meant we had to move all kinds of things including the movers. They were very generous & did some shifting to accommodate our move. On the actual moving day, Rian, JC & Adrian showed up ahead of schedule. We were skeptical because they were all college aged & we were uncertain how they would do with our heavy or oversized furnishings. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised. They were ever so polite & respectful of our home, our belongings & most importantly, of us. If we were lifting something heavy, they helped even though it wasn't something they were moving with our belongings. They were very efficient, careful & constantly moving. My husband left ahead of me & the movers. He arrived only slightly ahead of the young men from College Hunks. They brought in our furniture & set it up, took boxes to our basement & left us in great shape to begin unpacking. Rian presented me with the bill as they prepped to leave. It was a full $400 below estimate. We were ecstatic. Further, they only charged us one way of the travel from Columbus. Every other carrier was going to charge for their round trip. We were over the moon with our good fortune. We began unpacking & about two hours after they left, Rian called. He had found some small hardware pieces to one of our items beneath moving blankets & was on his way to drop them off. We've moved multiple times over the years & it was the first time ever that anyone cared enough to make certain we had every piece to every item moved. We would have been days if not weeks before we even realized something was amiss. This is a highly motivated & customer friendly group who gained our respect. We have moved no less than 8 times in the last 40 yrs & we have always sustained damage to our household goods. We had none with this move - - absolutely none. Walls were not scuffed & carpeting didn't get ruined. Nothing was damaged

Pretty well. They hit my basketball hoop that is built in at the side of the drive way while backing up...they should have stayed out at the street as they were in the way of my Maple tree and the Standing hoop. They missed the tree but hit the hoop. I didnt see any damage but saw them hit it as did my babysitter. Hence the B not the A. They apologized and luckily the pool didnt come out of the garage. I went outside and watched them remove it as I was concerned about damage to my landscaping but they did not harm to my bushes.

Before arrival, I was told that I'd be called in advance. I wasn't. It didn't matter, since I was already home from work that afternoon. The estimator, together with what seemed like a high school student arrived. The estimator apologized, saying something about the young kid filling in for another. I showed them what needed moving, and they spent time encouraging me to come up with some junk needing moved. While I really didn't have any, I agreed to moving just the treadmill and organ for a fee of $98 pus $78. They were able to move the organ, with minor difficulty, into my house...and did seem sensitive to not wanting to scrape a wall or a woodfloor, citing some previous damage they had made on an earlier move, costing them $150. Why would you tell me this?? Finally, after lots of consideration and discussion and thought, they decided they could not move my treadmill base. He said it was too heavy and he didn't want a threat of a workers comp claim. I appreciated their honesty and thanked them, but was extremely disappointed, as I took paid time off work to be here that afternoon. He charged me $25.00 for moving the organ, mumbling that it would barely cover his gas from Hilliard. He also said he would contact someone from the other branch in Westerville, to schedule my move of treadmill. I never heard from anyone. This is when I promptly call Two Men and a Truck.

The service was excellent. They were very efficient. They were just great overall.

I could not arrange an appointment online, since their website did not accept my zip code as an area that they service for junk hauling. But after calling them, they were more than willing to accept my business, and came out the next day. They give you the price before starting the work. Their price did not exactly match their pricing list posted on their website; but it was not much more. It took about an hour for them to remove all the items on my list. The items nearly filled their truck, which is not as large as a typical commercial moving van. The price was acceptable considering everything that was removed. I like how in one of my spare rooms that they removed all the junk from they cleaned up and swept afterward. All of the "hunks" acted professionally and were careful when moving things out from around the house.

The guys showed up when they said they would and were friendly and competent. They removed even the heaviest objects carefully and speedily. The job was done in a snap.

Decided to get rid of some of the clutter in my house and garage. Read the reviews online and booked an appointment for the following day. When the appointment wasn't available, they called me promptly to help me reschedule. The guys called before they arrived and were even a few minutes early. They were super prompt and courteous. Explained pricing very clearly and answered all questions that I had. The entire process took about 10 minutes. They aren't "cheap" but they are excellent at what they do!

We had the pleasure of having hunks help us pack ,dispose ,and load into our u-haul for 3 days. With all the stress of a cross country move they helped tremendously. The first day Jeff and his crew came and hauld some furniture out of the home for us. The next two days Jim found us a crew to help pack our things and load them into our moving truck. The last day I was worried we would'nt get done when Adam came in with a smile and said I think we got this licked. A lot of stress fell off of my shoulders when hearing those words. It was a great experience, from scheduling and having questions answered to the completion of the POD packing. I plan to hire them to unpack the POD and assist with moving from our temporary living space to our new permanent home. Well worth the cost.
