 + -1 moreThese people are HOPELESS. Don't waste your money. You cannot get them on the phone, and when you do they are rude and unprofessional. If they ever do come out to your house they act like they are doing you a favor. I used them because I thought with the ADT brand I could trust them. BIG MISTAKE. What is the point of a security service that doesn't respond to customers calls? You have been warned.

 + -1 moreMy next door neighbor's house was broken into and robbed. As a result of their being able to secure police reports, several security companies came through our subdivision, Champion being one of them. I check Angie's List before I called Jerry about any work, because I had been thinking of getting security anyway. I got the unit as part of a promotional, which included no equipment costs, just the monthly rate of $32.99 per month, plus $2.00 per month for the fire protection. The installed was Keith, who did a great job. I still have a couple things for them to do, but I need to call when I'm ready.
Description of Work: Installed a Security System monitored by another company.
