+ -1 moreInitially I contacted Cotts to remove a good size limb that broke and was dangling from the tree, whereby I could not get the to completely break free. Cotts came out and gave me an estimate on removing it along with some other limbs for 345.00 dollars whereby I agreed to. Before they did the work the limb fell down and I disposed of it. Cotts charged me for the limb removal which they didn’t do. They still charged me for the limb removal even they didn’t do it.

Description of Work: We had one large [dead] pine tree removed and a total of 3 stumps ground in.

+ -1 moreMatt was very friendly, attentive and professional. He came out to give an estimate the day after I called and explained exactly what he would do and how he would do it. His quote was very reasonable. Once I decided to schedule the service with him, he was able to fit me into the schedule within a few days. I was pleasantly surprised to come home from work the day of the job to find the job done and my yard and driveway left in an even better condition than before - all leaves, sticks and acorns were cleaned up and everything was left in spotless condition. Matt did an excellent job and I would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: Removed a 4 story tree. These guys were AMAZING! Worked extremely hard. Did a great job...this was a very dangerous (limbs falling) and HUGE tree. They worked until it was done and cleaned up everything, never knew they were there. Dead wooded two other HUGE trees. Would hire again in a minute!
