I rely primarily on Jared Buck for the scheduling of the project etc. He does a great job - good follow up. I'm been very pleased with the work they do. The beds always look great when done. I would recommend them (and have).

Quoted as a 2 day job and was accurate. We paid half down ahead for materials. We went back and forth a few times to get the design right and I wasn't quite sure how they were going to do the splash area where the hose was but just went with it. I got good feedback on the number of stairs I could effectively get in the space available (I wanted more steps, but then the stairs would have merged with the driveway). The crew showed up on time and was very professional. Mark Cromwell, my contact at the company showed up daily to supervise the non-English speaking Russian crew who really didn't need any supervision. They did a super job; I loved what they did with the hose-splash area, how they rearranged the garden wall, how they even placed mulch in areas that became bare when the wall was moved. The new curve to the garden is perfect. They sloped everything ever so slightly, (something I would not have thought of until it was too late) so that the water drains away from the house. I can't believe I haven't submitted a report before now; it must be because I sit on my front porch in the mornings drinking my coffee under the shade of my crabapple and get no work done . . .

Buck and Sons Landscape provided great service. They did a good job at a reasonable price. I would use them again in the future. I will give them an "A" on everything.

I was not satisfied with them. They did not do a very good job. I thought I paid them too much for what they did. I will not have them again.

Very good experience with this company. Pete M. came out for our initial meeting, discussed our plans with us and took measurements of our exterior area. He then returned a week later with a detailed plan for the patio, steps and walkway. He also suggested materials based on our initial meeting that were exactly what we were looking for. Price was very reasonable and plan was very professional. We had 5 companies quote this work and all were very good. We did not end up selecting Buck and Sons, but would definitely recommend them to others and would consider them again in the future for other work.

The job went very well. They were very prompt, they also replaced things that didn't come through with a guarantee for a year. I called them concerned about some of the plants and they came out and gave me some advice on taking care of them. They didn't leave a mess, cleaned up things and didn't tear up the rest of the yard when they installed the plants. One side of the house was shady and nothing would grow there, they made up a plan for us. Some of the suggestions were too expensive so they adjusted that to better meet our needs. I didn't put in all the plants they suggested so I did some on my own. I said my daughter also needed some landscaping but couldn't have them put it i but we'd be willing to pay for them to draw up a plan. They drew up a plan for her front yard at no cost. I was thinking about calling them for another job.

They did a fine job. This is the second year in a row that we've used them for our spring clean up. We've also previously had them install a bed and plant a replacement pear tree. They are very responsive and professional. Jared Buck has been particularly helpful and easy to work with. We'll use them again next year for our spring clean up and any other landscape related projects.

Did neat and fast job once details worked out. Went for less than was originally proposed of around $10,000. Plants were of good quality and extras were thrown in at no extra cost. Excellent job!! Would recommend!

They were working in the neighborhood and seemed like a good place to try to get an estimate. I was disappointed they were non responsive and surprised they apparantly were not interested in the work. I ended up hiring a competitor who was very responsive.

They did a great job. We won their services in an auction and used them spring through fall. They are a bit expensive but I would definitely use them again.

I didn't like my old people. I looked for new people. I liked what they had to say to me, so I hired them. They are great! Their sales staff is great! I had an emergency this Winter when my snow blower broke. I called them and they came right out to remove the snow.

The original plan was drawn and I found it fit my needs and wants. The work was scheduled and once the job started the workers did and excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work, product and finished look.

They did a very good job but at that time, the price was a bit more than we could handle. They are not overly expensive but they just didn’t fit our budget.

Great customer service and scheduling every time we have used Buck and Sons. Previously have had major landscaping done to our front and back yards as we were regrading the lawn and stone wall in front of our flower bed. Beautiful plants and trees were suggested to us and worked well with the entire landscape. Have had Band Ss to flush and repair irrigation system. Always punctual and very professional. Most recently have had some water damage in the basement and needed some ideas for regrading / sloping the lawn away from the house. Associate from Band Ss stopped by and looked at the problem area one day to get some ideas on how to attack the problem. Will hire them for this job and more in the future. Very happy and satisfied with all aspects of this company!

The landscapers were very processional, and very accommodating. When we had suggested some alternatives he changed the plans. The men doing the work had kept busy the whole time, and they seemed to be very knowledgeable. They were also very thorough and they were very helpful. After the job they checked after to see if we were pleased with what was done, which was nice.

Buck and Sons has provided years of service for my commercial property. First they installed a sprinkler system, now they 'winter-ize' the system annually. I use many vendors for my building, and Buck and Sons has been so easy, and so dependable.

The last work that they did was probably 5 years ago. We had them redo an entire backyard patio and as part of that, they did a pondless waterfall which is the water feature that they recommended for our site. The work done by them was well and I would use their services in the future too.

It was a very cost-effective project. My husband was pleased with the company. They cleaned up afterwards and the price was right.

They’ve done some neighbors’ yards around here. They are very good and are pretty well known too. They were always on time and finished the job in two days, which was pretty fast. They came back and checked the work this fall to see if any of the shrubs had died during the summer. We’d probably call them back in the spring to do some work in the backyard. Our experience with them was very good, and we never had a problem with them.

Jared Buck was incredibly professional, prompt, and thorough in giving me a quote. If the quote were 20% lower, I would have happily contracted him.

We've used them several times and they have been very reliable. Their service is very good. We have a direct contact that responds to our emails immediately. He also comes out to take a look at things. He has been very easy to work with. The people that do the planting have been good and done a good job. We haven't had any problems. The trees were priced competitively. We didn't think it was a special bargain, but the trees were specially selected based on quality and they were high quality. They were Junipers. It's a good company and we have been very satisfied. We may use them in the future for the irrigation system.
