Great!!

They never called back. He seemed very nice when he came out originally, but he never responded or came back. They just kind of blew us off and never gave us the estimate. They came on time for the estimate originally. I would not call them again in the future.

in late July I noticed that in one large area of my landscaping the mulch had washed away so I called Mandy and told her i need more mulch in that area. She came out and looked at the area and told me she would have her guys put down 5 or 6 more bags of mulch. She asked me if i could wait til the came out to do the August monthly service to bring the mulch. I said OK because they had done the July service on 7 -15- 09, so it wouldn't be too long and they would be out again. However they did not do the August service until 8-24-09, and they did not bring any mulch with them. It took two more phone calls to get ahold of Mandy again, but she apologized, and said she would have someone bring the 5 or 6 bags of mulch out in one or two days and that she would call on Friday 8-28-09 to make sure it had been done. On Thursday 8-209, a Buck and Sons employee showed up with 3 bags of mulch. I said there were suppose to be 5 or 6 bags and he said no they told him 3 bags. He made no offer to call his office and straighten it out. It was a take it or leave it deal with him. It wasn't his problem. I asked him if they were short on mulch and he said no, they had two pallets full of the bags of mulch and they also had large bins of bulk mulch. So he spread the mulch out over the area needed with a very thin layer. I am sure that within two weeks I will have the same problem again, and then have to make 6 more phone calls to get another 3 bags of mulch. I waited for Mandy's call on Friday, 8-28-09 and did not receive it by 4 PM so I called her office and was told that she had left for the weekend.

Overall they put sod down where it was needed they put in all new bushes and they planted a lot of things in the garden and they did everything well. They are very well known in this town so they are busy.

They are very responsive, and good at what they do. We hired them before and were pleased with the work they did then as well. They are easy to work with.

Pete Marsh from Buck and Sons came out and went over area of concern. He came back with a solid remedy and proposal. The job was performed on July 8 and finished that day. The professionals who came out to do the work were hard working and explained everything they were doing. When I got home later that afternoon, my patio area was completely redone and all misc. debris removed. The two gentlemen who did the work were very, very good.
