Description of Work: Called regarding a leek in our kitchen over our bay window. They were very responsive, on time and honest. They didn't actually do any work as our house is still under builder warranty, however they told us exactly what to expect and didn't charge us a thing. They also sent us pictures to provide to the builder. I would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Needed repair done on roof of my home. Was pleased with the work.

Description of Work: A very nice professional came to my house on schedule. He seemed very knowledgable inspected my roof and chimney and told me I did not have problems with the chimney flashing as I thought. Upon inspection, he said I did need some repair work on the masonry of the chimney. He told me he would send the pics as well as the info to that dept, and they would contact me. I never heard from them.

Description of Work: I needed to get an estimate on a partial roof repair. I cannot remember the representive name. But th gentlemen was very professional and gave me good news for now, regarding my partial roof needed. I have much respect for this company, because they could of told me i needed a new roof now, but advised me tht in (5) years i would need one. Description of Work: Roof tune-up and replace some missing shingles.

Description of Work: Shawn came out at 5:30 PM in a pouring rain across town to climb on our steep roof in the dark (and, as I said, in the rain.) We had water coming into our house down an interior wall, and it was still raining. He fixed it within 15 minutes for a charge of $80. (You can imagine what we were fearing.) He came back down off the roof and shoed us pictures of the problem and what he had done to fix it. I would recommend him highly.

They kept at it through a number of trips here, until it was done, and honored their estimate. Shawn was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional We highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Shawn was very professional at his craft (roof repair). He was on time and his price was right on. He replaced plywood, and match up the shingles he replaced. I'm quite pleased with his work, and I would recommend him to others, also have him call on me in the future.
