They were easy to work with. They were very professional and very thorough in their explanations. But one needs to be proactive and persistent in communicating with them. They were not very responsive in following through on emails and phone messages.

Shawn set up my appointment to fix my roof. They were here early in the morning & on time. They went right to work & finished promptly. My roof looks so nice now & I don't have to worry about any leaks. He suggested a popular color and I'm glad he did because it looks so nice with the color of my home. They are a very fair company & I would recommend them Highly. Thanks Shawn for a job well done!!!

They came out and looked over the roof in October and submitted a quote. We called them to let them know that we wanted to work with them. They never returned any of our calls. We went with another roofing company.

The weather was too moist for several weeks, so the work could not start until the rubber roof was dry. Once they started, the work went quickly (less than 2 hours in one day).

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bone Dry. I met with 4 other companies - one company spent 2 hours examining my roof & never sent an estimate! For the work performed, Bone Dry's price was reasonable. My house has an addition on a slab with 2 skylights. Bone Dry was the only company that said I should replace my skylights. Replacing the skylights has made a HUGE difference in the comfort of that room - it now maintains the same temperature as the rest of the house & I no longer have infiltration air - I used to be able to smell wood smoke from my neighbors' fireplaces. (This room did not need insulation added - replacing the skylights is what made the difference) Most of the work was done in 1 day - replacing the roof (removing 2 layers on the house, 1 layer on the addition) , replacing the skylights, adding insulation in the attic - and bonus for me, they cleaned my micro-screen gutter guards!!! Doing all that work in 1 day eliminated the risk of my roof being exposed to bad weather. Adding soffit vents, replacing a downspout & adding a downspout were done on a separate day. Shawn (General Manager) and Shane (Production Manager) were great to work with and I felt comfortable with all the workers. Any question I raised was answered thoroughly. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

There was some confusion because we gave the okay to proceed to the person that gave us the price, but we were not asked for a signed acceptance. After several weeks of waiting we checked with the office and they said that they didn't have our okay. We faxed the signed form and were scheduled shortly after. Because of weather delays on another job, we got rescheduled a couple of times. When the workers came, they were professional and made the necessary repair. They cleaned up and left, but did not ask for payment. We waited to receive a bill, but it didn't come. I received an email saying that they hadn't received our payment. I paid the $475 on the invoice, but did not receive credit for the Angie's List 5% discount which the coupon offered. I'm satisfied with the work that was done. A miscommunication can happen, but how it is resolved is what's important. The only thing that I'm not happy about is that I did not receive the Angie's List 5% discount. It's not a lot of money, but it still should have been credited to my bill.

They did a great job! The quote gave us all the information we were looking for. They let us know the nature and the location of the leak and just what work needed to be done. When we received the bill, it wasn't a dime over the original quote. They also did a great job matching the new shingles to the rest of the roof, so you can hardly tell where the repair was made. Most importantly, we haven't had any problems since the repair was made over a year ago.

I called to schedule an estimate. I was told that I would be called back to arrange a time, but no one called back. I called again and scheduled a time for someone to give us an estimate. We were emailed the estimate, and I sent an email okaying the work. I was told that they were looking at two weeks or so before the work could be done, and that we would be called the day before they expected to do the work (so we could let out tenants know they were coming). We never heard from anyone. In fact, we called another company to come out and do the work, only to have them tell us that the work had already been done. We never received an invoice from BoneDry Roofing, until we received an email telling us that our account was past due. I'm happy to pay for the work, but the business practices have been horrible. There are some serious communication problems.

I scheduled a quote and had a very good experience getting the quote. On-time, clear and pleasant. They clearly articulated the problem with our roof and the repair that was needed to our chimney. I agreed to have the work done and expected to receive a date for the work to be complete. After not hearing anything for a few weeks I called Cincinnati where I originally called to be told "we do not do Columbus anymore". They transferred me to Corporate. I explained my desire to get a schedule and they could not give me an answer but would get back with me the same day. That was over a week ago. It is now one full month after receiving the quote and nothing. I just need a roof and chimney issue resolved. Zero communication, zero follow-up - just aggravation!! I am cancelling my work order and getting someone dependable to do the work.

I submitted a description that I had a loose ridge vent and wanted the roof inspected. I got a call that James could stop out to inspect later that week. We set a time and he called to confirm his time. He checked the roof and showed what he found with cell phone pics. What I liked is that he communicated the details of what was going on and did not try to sell added services. James communicated that it looked like they could come in about a week. I rated the reponsiveness and promptness a B because I did not hear anything for a week and a half. I sent and e-mail and got a prompt response from Shawn that they had a maintenance jobs come up. Except for the communication, it was not a problem as I did not have any leaks. A service tech notified me that he was coming. He promptly did the work. I could see from the ground with binoculars that the ridge vent looked secure. The work was completed about 3 weeks after the estimate. What I liked about the service, is that they did a professional job even on this small maintenance jog. I will use them again.

After the windstorm at the end of June, I called a few roofing companies (based on Angie's List reviews) to set up appointments to get estimates on my roof damage. Shawn came out 2 days after I spoke with him, which was about a week before any other company could get there. I was so impressed with him, that I hired Bone Dry without getting other estimates. His estimate was quite fair, in fact it was a little lower than the insurance company's estimate! He always returned my phone calls and emails promptly, and came to the house a few times when needed. The roof was replaced in a timely manner (I was going to be on vacation the latter part of July, so we chose Aug 1 as the date) and was replaced in only 1 day by a crew of 18 workers! The crew and the site manager, Shane, were from Cincinnati and did a great job. Shane was always available that day whenever I had any questions (Shawn was available too). Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I commend Shawn and Shane from Bone Dry Roofing!

We needed a roof repair on a small section of our roof. With all of the rain storms I needed a company to respond quickly. Bone Dry Roofing was the first company to schedule me for an estimate. Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable. After the estimate he stated that the roof repair would likely take place in 2 weeks and that the office would call me to schedule an exact date. I thought the estimated and time frame were reasonable so I faxed the agreement within a few days. Then a week had passed and there was no call from the office. I worried because there were more upcoming rainstorms in the forecast. So I called the office myself. The person who answered stated that an appointment couldn't be made unless a manager was present and they were all at a conference for a week. She stated that she would take my number and I would have a response within a few days. A few days passed and still no reply. I called again worried about my roof and frustrated with the interaction with the office. This time the person I spoke to sensed the frustration in my voice and stated that a manager would call me back right away. Within 10-15min Shawn returned my call and my repair was scheduled to take place that week. I greatly appreciated the fast turn around this time. The repair took place as outlined in the estimate. After the repair, there were more storms and the roof no longer leaked. With the exception of the miscommunication, my interaction with Bone Dry Roofing was positive.

Fantastic! Shawn came out for the initial estimate on the 4th of July - a holiday for most - and I was fortunate that he did so that I did not have to take time off work. He was up on the roof and gave me a very honest estimate of repair of some storm damage. three or four days later, I got a call from the actual repairman who was very courteous and he said he would be out to complete the work. They did this without supervision and did a great job. They matched the shingles and didn't leave any nails or debris around. I would highly recommend Bone Dry and will definitely be calling when it is time for a new roof.

Shawn went on the roof in the rain so he could give me my estimate. We had a crew come out shortly after accepting the estimate to fix our roof. They were very professional and seemed to do a good job.

We called to schedule an estimate and were placed on the schedule a couple days later. The estimate was quick, professional, and a good value for the service. Shingle samples were dropped off at the house for us to evaluate. Scheduling our roof replacement date was easy and we were put on the schedule just days after calling. The old roof was removed and the new roof completed in less than a day while no one was home. The new roof looks great!

Shawn showed up at the scheduled time and did an estimate of the work. We agreed to go ahead and to it at that time, and he completed the work efficiently. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will use him and his company again if I need work done on our roof.

Bone Dry Roofing provided excellent service and did an outstanding job. They responded to my request for a quote in a timely fashion, scheduling the work quickly, and was very courteous onsite. They also cleaned up all roofing material waste and was very cautious to ensure roofing materials did not end up in our Koi pond.

I have nothing but praise for this contractor. I left my contact information on their website and got a call the next morning. They arranged to have someone come out the next day to do the free estimate. The person who came out actually took pictures on his cell phone of all of the issues with my room so that I could see exactly what he was talking about. I had expected it to be storm damage, but he said that it didn't look like it, and explained exactly why he thought so. The estimate to fix the shingles and a few other items was lower than I expected. I was told they would probably be \out within a couple of weeks, but the next day they called to say they could come out the next afternoon to complete the work.The workers were all punctual and professional.I highly recommend this company.

VERY satisfied with this company!! I called for a free estimate and they scheduled me for the following day and were very prompt and informative during the estimate. They answered all my "silly questions" along with my detailed ones with knowledge and a smile. We made several follow up calls to the general manager Shawn to get more information and specifics on the types of products, etc. and he answered our calls every single time and spent over 2 hours of his time speaking with us and answering questions. He even came out to the house a few days before the roof was replaced to answer some questions in person. I can't say enough about the professionalism and caring that was displayed by the company and the work itself was great. My entire roof was removed and replaced within 5 hours and looks wonderful. They responded quickly to my call for an estimate. They special ordered my skylight. They let me know when the window came in and installed it at my convenience. The gentleman worked quickly, was careful with his work, cleaned up and hauled away the old window. They charged me the amount of the estimate. Both the estimate and work were done on rainy, wet days.

Estimate was quick and efficient. Amount was as expected. Roof replacement crew was wonderful. Showed up ~8:30am and were finished by the end of the day. Very satisfied with the work ethic, work completed, and care taken. Soffit vents not changed or added at this time...was told their repair guy would complete the work shortly. Gutter replacement crew...not so great. Showed up after noon and finished up after dark(making inspection very difficult). Much less care taken with property and landscaping by this crew. When errors/omissions were later discovered with gutters(in daylight), it took FOREVER to get everything corrected. Repair guys came to replace/add soffit vents and fix the gutter errors. They too showed up after noon and rushed to finish just after dark. Replaced downspouts (replaced two pieces with one), but they were the wrong color. Replaced soffit vents, but were unaware that new vents needed added to garage. Repair crew came back and fixed all issues to our satisfaction. Initial estimate was given in September I think. Work on roof started in October and final fixes not completed until January 19th. Overall happy with the final job, but had to spend way to much time chasing them to make sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend Bone Dry for roofing to someone, but would go elsewhere for gutter replacement.

They did a fantastic job. The price was right. They cleaned up after themselves. They were outstanding. Their price was competitive. I will use their services again in the future. They also gave my dog a bone.

My bedroom ceiling started dripping water after 3 days of rain and I was able to make an appt with Shawn for the next day. He called to let me know he was running late, which I appreciated. He took a look at the bedroom ceiling, asked questions and then got up on the roof to look around. He came back with and estimate and some pictures. I was surprised when he told me that he thought the leak was a one time thing and that since my roof would need to be replaced in the next couple of years that he didn't recommend repairing it unless I really wanted to. That was good news to me since it's almost Christmas and a roof repair wasn't on my list. I appreciated that he was honest and not just trying to make money unnecessarily. He did suggest I call a mason for repairs to my chimney. He showed my pictures of the cracks. Because of his friendly, honest personality I would definitely call him again for an estimate and possible work in the future.

Initially there were some issues with communication but Shawn Breidinger the General Manager definitely rectified the situation. He apologized for the initial miscommunication and made steps to move forward. Afterwards communication was consistent and ongoing. Everything went smoothly and the roof looks great. I would definitely recommend Bone Dry Roofing-Columbus, INC to anyone looking to have any roofing work done.

Shawn is very knowledgeable and very professional, and he is easy to talk with and easy to understand. The prices he quoted us seemed fair for the amount of work that was going to be done. The Bone Dry crew came when they were supposed to and worked very diligently. At this point we are extremely pleased with Bone Dry and believe that with the quality of work that was done the price was extremely reasonable. We definitely recommend Bone Dry and will call him in the future if we need additional work.
