They were able to find and fix a roof leak that we had tried to have fixed before without success. They answered our questions, were patient and helpful, and did a great job. The roof looks great and no more leaks! Very reasonable price, too.

One of the biggest thing is they came out really quick. We are looking to sell the house, and looked to get someone in quick to take care of it quick. It was leaking, and we were concerned that the next storm would have more leaks. They came out quick. I called in the morning, and they were out in the afternoon to look at it. They came and gave me an estimate. They came back within an day or two to do it.

Another company came out and gave us an estimate of like double price estimate of what Bone Dry gave us.? Bone Dry was an excellent company.? Bone Dry came out, the gentleman came out named Andy Gestino.? He gave us an estimate.? The gentleman was out here working on the roof the day Andy said he would be here.? The gentleman that did the roofing repair job didn't even ask for the money.? Andy just had me mail it to the shop, which was great.? They didn't ask for anything up front.? Money was paid after the service was provided.? Bone Dry was absolutely an A.? Absolutely an A on punctuality.? Absolutely would use them again.

Works was done on time and the results were very good.

I contacted Bone Dry Roofing to check on a leak in my roof. The GM, Andy Gasteneau, came by and inspected the roof. He said I could either spend $2,500 to repair the roof with no guarantee it would be fixed, or I can replace the shingles. The shingles were about 15 years old and double layered, so we agreed the best course of action would be to re-shingle the roof. I got a couple other quotes, which Bone Dry agreed to match, so I gave them my business. They came out and completed the job well and were very good with follow up. I was impressed with the notifications from the production supervisor overseeing the job. He provided times, updates, and notified me of any issues. The job seemed to go very well. A month later I noticed the same leak in my roof, but it seemed worse. I notified the GM and the production manager came out the next day. He advised me of a few things he did and left. After a hard rain this month I noticed it leaking again. I called the GM again, but this time my patience with this issue was wearing thin. He contacted me the following day and advised he would be out with the production manager to inspect. I did not hear back from them again, but I'll most likely call someone else. I really liked the customer service from Bone Dry, but I do not consider them experts. I respect and rely on the Angie's List rating system, so I feel the A+ rating should be reserved for experts. They are good with customer service and most likely a simple re-shingle, but I would not recommend Bone Dry for repair.

Best contractor experience I've ever had. Professional. Punctual. Honest. Called other roofing companies and each one told me that I needed an entirely new roof and should submit through insurance. I was highly skeptical and only saw that as "predatory" behavior - trying to get the insurance money (my roof is only 10 years old and I'm not having any leaks or issues). Andy came out and explained that the repair could be done as part of a general roof maintenance package for Angie's List members. He also got on the roof and inspected for other issues. Took pictures to show minor issues that were found and needed repair. Two days later, the crew showed up and knocked out the work in no time. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

From first contact, to getting an estimate, to performing the work, to cleaning up, to fixing a couple of unanticipated problems, and to paying the bill, Bone Dry Roofing is an excellent company to do business with. The work was performed quickly and professionally by a group of hard-working roofers who did not waste time performing their jobs. Everyone with whom I had contact was honest and professional. I would be happy to use this company again.

It was in a place you couldn't get to unless you were a roofer. They did a good job.

We used Bone Dry Roofing for a repair last fall. When our roof starting leaking (in a different spot) this January we knew who to call! We noticed the leak on a Sunday, called on Monday morning and unfortunately they couldn’t get out to look at the roof until Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon came and Andy came out and took a look at the roof. It ended up costing way more to fix it than it was worth considering the roof was 20 years old. We had already been looking at replacing the roof and had an estimate from another company. Bone Dry Roofing was less than the other guy but that’s not why we picked them. We picked Bone Dry Roofing to replace our roof primarily because of their customer service. We had a good experience with the repair and Andy was very informative when it came to explaining options and what needed to be done. We felt we were in good hands this time too. Andy said he’d try to schedule our roof installation sometime the following week. It would probably be Thursday or Friday. Shortly after he left he texted us to say he scheduled it for Tuesday! We were ecstatic. Tuesday came and we received texts as promised introducing us to the foreman and with his picture so we knew who he was when he came. Throughout the day we received texts giving us updates on the roof and showing us the one bad board we had that needed replaced. They covered the windows with boards to keep any damage from happening and put tarps in the yard to keep debris in the yard to a minimum. They cleaned the yard up with a magnet to get the roofing nails. When all was said and done they cleaned up so well it didn’t look like anyone had done any work (minus the pretty new roof). They were very respectful of our property. If I could give them a 12 out of 10 I would. Excellent customer service. Excellent communication and excellent pricing.

They were very prompt in responding to our initial call. I had some timing problems which they were very nice about working around and were there when I was ready. They did a fine job; I had no complaints.

This company is great. They were prompt, polite and courteous with very good communication. They were able to come a week after I purchased the package which was important as we were selling the house and needed the repairs to be done quickly so we could close on it. They found a few small issues that the home inspector for the sale didn't even find and those repairs were included in what I paid for the package. I needed an inspection report from them detailing what they found and repaired to satisfy a remedy condition the new buyers had and Andy made sure I got what I needed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with their work and with all the interactions we had throughout the process. I would hire them again for sure.

Horrible. I called the morning of the estimate and had to reschedule. I was assured it was no problem. Estimator called me 8 times (Not exaggerating) to change the time between noon and 2 pm. Did not leave voice mail until last call. Original 1pm appointment, cancelled. Estimator showed up at 3pm anyway. I was just getting home so met with him. He spent nearly 3 hours talking to me and still didn't have a clue what to do and asked for another appointment the next week. I got frustrated thinking about the experience and called and canceled second meeting. Not needed and ask them to ensure that no one would show up like last time.

fascia was replaced, could see all the silver nailheads, when they came out to spray white paint over those i noticed drips of paint on siding, screen and the siding that meets the fascia had areas that had been sprayed white. clean up was terrible and when guy was sent back out to spray andy forgot to tell him about the clean up. i ended up doing this myself as i did not want the same guy to return to my house. plants were also trampled. had to call andy several times on this and he did not come out when he said he would and initially to check the work i had to call him to come out. whole process took over a month to get work done and problems resolved. would not hire again as the whole process was seemed very unprofessional

I asked for an estimate to replace 2 areas of flashing and 1 soffit. Was quoted a seemingly reasonable price for the job and gave them the thumbs up. It's a rental, so I don't see the property every day, but when I did get there to check out their work, they totally skipped 1 area of flashing, which was really the biggest issue. Tried to follow up multiple times, talked to Andy Gastineau again and he was nice and said he would look into it, but never put forth the effort to actually follow up and get it done. After that I couldn't get past the receptionist. But hey, they made a quick buck!

I am very pleased with the service I received. They did a very thorough inspection before writing up an estimate and provided detailed information about the installation process and product. The price was midrange (I received two other quotes) and I did not have to make a down payment. The entire project was done in one day the following week. The workers were careful not to damage the landscaping around the house and they did a thorough clean up afterward. It has rained several times since the install and there have been no leaks. The roof look great too!

Work was completed ahead of schedule and done well. The crew showed up, explained the process, and showed me the completed fix afterwards by taking pictures with their phones.

They came out a lot of times because we're having trouble with the work that they did. They really never fixed the leaks. I had to do them myself. They came out probably four times. They were friendly and everything but the work was just not good.

Work was scheduled within 5 days of contacting General Manager, Andy Gastineau, who came out immediately for evaluation and estimate. Workers were fast and very efficient. Tear off and new installation took only 1.5 days. The General Manager stopped by twice a day to touch base with me, the crew, and work progress/issues. Cleanup of property was more than acceptable. Work crew was friendly and professional with excellent work ethic.
