Shawn was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time making sure I understood my options and how the process worked. On the day the roof was replaced, the began after I left for work at 8 and by the time I returned home at 5 it was totally replaced with no scraps left on the ground or signs they had been there beyond the fact that there was a new roof. My neighbors who are home during the day even commented to me later how fast they were. Shawn followed up with me many times after to make sure I was happy with everything and came out to walk around the house with me again weeks later before accepting any payment. And the best part was I looked at many other roofers and they came in well below all others on price. I would HIGHLY recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

Greaet job. Fast, efficient, guarantee their work. I was kept well informed of all my options. Good estimator who oversaw the repair work himself. Very pleased.

Through out the process, I was constantly informed about the scheduled date, all my concerns & questions were addressed in great detail. The material was delivered on time, work started and finished on time. Shawn was there most of the day, occasionally running out to supervise other jobs. After the roofing was complete, the clean up was impressive. They went through our flowering bed and hand picked any nails and debris. Workmanship seems good, although it is too soon to tell. Even though they were not the least expensive quote that I received, I am glad I chose Bone Dry to do my roof!

It went fine. They did the entire shingle part of the roof in one day. They brought their commercial guys to do the flat roof, which was also done in one day. Sean was our point man and he was responsive and professional throughout. We would absolutely hire recommend them, and in fact are bring them back to do our gutters!

It was a very good experience. Shawn worked around my schedule and I couldn't thank him more. Him and his crew were very professional and punctual with the drywall work. Shawn is also very knowledgeable with regard to any roofing or carpentry questions you may have. The estimate on the roof and the garage were VERY reasonable.

A+ experience. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very prompt and courteous service. We are selling our home and needed to have the flashing repaired around the chimney before the close. Shawn not only answered all of our questions but was also available to assist the buyers with their questions as well. We have renovated several homes using numerous different companies and contractors - our experience with Shawn and Bone-Dry Roofing by far has been the best!

He arrived at my house a little bit earlier than he said he would, which was great. I explained the problem and he looked around. He explained what he would do and what it would cost. Then he did the work. Afterwords he spent 20-30 minutes with me explaining the cause and prevention of ice dams. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all.

It took some time for the job to get started because of the weather. There was a break in the weather (above 40 degrees and sunny), so they got started. The hope was to do the job in one day. They were unable to finish in one day. They had to leave some of the old roof piled on our property. Sean said he was unhappy with that because "it is not how we [Bone Dry Roofing] do business". Well, they left it, so... that is how they do business. It doesn't bother me that they left the pile. It bothers me that they decided to move the pile and stack it up against my new AC unit. My husband later found a roofing nail inside the AC unit. The AC unit was covered when the old roof was removed. It was uncovered when they re-stacked the pile. Before we hired Bone Dry Roofing my husband specifically asked about the space between the new roof and the siding on the fascia board. My husband was worried there would be a gap. Well, after the roof was declared finished, there was a gap. There was some disagreement as to what was discussed when my husband asked about the issue before the work was done. In the end, the work was done at no additional cost to us. We should have put the answers to our questions into a contract rather than signing the estimate. Sean described in detail the work that was done. He also said that he backs up his work, so if there is any problem with the roof he will be back out to fix it. We believe the workmanship was very good and if there is a problem, Bone Dry Roofing will be back. We would consider working with Bone Dry Roofing again.

When I got home from work last night my daughter showed me where water was coming in from the ceiling. I started to call roofers--Shaun of Bone Dry answered the phone--and said he would come right away to try to have some daylight left. He got here very quickly, brought his ladder around and went up to sweep off the snow and assess the problem. He did take the snow off but felt very bad when he had to tell us that the problem is being caused by a massive amount of ice on the upper roof (which is metal) that has even started to separate the siding from the house. There was nothing he could do last night which made him very sorry--he took pictures and will ask for advice but thinks that we have to wait for the thaw. I really appreciated his coming right away, his knowledge and his interest in the problem.

After a windstorm in the fall, my roof was definitely damaged and I called several companies to get quotes on a new roof. The manager from Bone Dry was there the next day and did an immediate temporary repair on the roof. We went through a qoute and then I wanted to wait and get quotes from other companies. After several weeks I was able to get qoutes from other companies. Only Bone Dry responded within a week. I decided to go with Bone Dry for the job because of their responsiveness and what seemed like straight forward and honest answers. By this time, Winter was coming so I waited until Sping to put on my new roof. In March another wind storm tore up more shingles and by the time I called Bone Dry to get another patch on my roof, they had already been there and put another patch on. This was the next day after the storm! I finally asked Bone Dry to put on the roof at the beginning of June. Since they were not sure they could finish the roof in 1 day, they tore off one section of the roof at a time and put on the new roof one section at a time. Of course it rained the evening after the first day but the roof was fine. I now have a nice looking new roof and a clean yard. They did not throw old shingles into my trees and bushes like a see so often. I was extremely satisfied with Bone Dry and I highly recommend this company for roofing. I've delt with one other local large roofing company prior to Bone Dry and my experiences were terrible. It is worth it to at least get a quote from Bone Dry.

They were easy to work with. Came in and gave their quote and within a couple of weeks were here. Kept us informed of what was going on. They were also very clean.
