After obtaining three quotes from different contractors, I chose Bone Dry roofing. Shawn made the sale. His professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail won the job. All work was performed in one day. Shawn came back the following day to re-inspect the work performed. No complaints, I highly recommend.

I noticed a dark spot on the ceiling of one of my bedrooms and had a piece of siding out due to a recent storm. I found this company on Angie's list, saw the ratings/reports and thought they sounded promising. As always, the reports lived up to my expectations. The service provided by Shawn was outstanding. He was able to come out to my house very quickly after my phone call (next day), and easily located the source of the leak, patched it to prevent any more damage and scheduled service for one week later. The cost for securing the siding and replacing a vent boot and surrounding shingles was very reasonable at $180.00. I had called other contractors who wanted nearly that much just to come out for an estimate. Shawn was completely honest about the possiblity of not finding shingles to match my exact color because of sun fading, but miraculously he was able to find shingles that show no difference at all. Plus, this is the first time that piece of siding had stayed in for as long as it has. It has been through 2 major wind storms and still remains in tact. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

The roof was 19 years old and leaking in several places. Shawn came out to give us an estimate. He was very prompt and did a thorough examination. He climbed on the roof and took a lot of pictures. He measured the house and calculated the ventilation needs for us. He showed us that the chimney needed some work and suggested we get it done before the roof which we did. He gave us many options about what we could do. After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Bone Dry because of their price and because Shawn gave us options. And he actually climbed up on the roof. The other companies didn't do that for their estimate. Bexley took a while to issue the permit and the weather was bad so scheduling was difficult. Shawn called us on Sunday night and said he had the permit and a crew and the weather looked good so could they come on Monday? Not a lot of warning but we could work with that. The crew of 6 plus Shawn arrived at 7:30. There are flower beds all along the house and landscaping in the front and back. They covered the flowers by leaning sheets of particle board against the house. They also put heavy tarps over the rest of the landscaping. Promptly at 8 they were on the roof and by 8:45, the old roof was gone. Some people worked on the roof while others wheeled the old shingles to the truck in the street. Shawn took the truck away as soon as all the shingles were gone to get it out of the narrow street. Shawn warned me that they were finding a lot of the old decking that needed to be replaced. More than he expected. He showed me pictures of the bad boards. He wanted to let me know about the extra cost right away so we wouldn't be surprised at the end. The entire job was done about 3. Shawn went into the attic to inspect the new vent and check that the gable vents were closed off because they are not needed with the new ventilation system. I walked around the yard with Shawn and I only found 1 small piece of tar paper and 1 nail. They did a great job of cleaning up even in the flower beds. I did find that even with all the precautions, several plants were damaged. Shawn offered to replace them or make an adjustment to the final price.

He responded promptly to my request for an estimate. The estimate was the lowest of the 2 that I received. He also provided the most detailed estimate, and offered other advice and information about the roof that was valuable. He completed the work promptly and completely, and billed me exactly the amount of the estimate including a 5% discount.

They showed at the stated timed. looked at roof and fixed it the same day. Very pleased with the work and the amount charged.

My chimney was/is leaking. I called Sean and he scheduled an appointment with me that afternoon. He looked over my situation and told me that right now his company is expanding and they don't have the capacity though they do have the know-how to repair my chimney--they work more on roofing at this point. The company is an expansion office based out of Indianapolis. I just really respect the fact that he was honest enough to tell me what is company was willing and not willing to do and think that bodes well for him. When I am ready to redo my roof I will definitely be giving this company a call.

Last year we had a problem with water coming into our home. Shawn came over in bad weather and patched the spot, not once, but twice, since the first time didn?t work. He was nice enough to not charge us at the time, and I hope to work with him in the future. He gave us the estimate for the complete work. Shawn went above and beyond the call of duty.

Everything went great. We called about a couple of roof leaks on the day after Thanksgiving following a very heavy rain and Shawn came out that day to inspect our roof. He performed a through inspection and provided us a detailed report along with pictures of the damage he found. In spite of some very rainy and very cold weather, Bone Dry performed the repairs within the promised time frame and communicated with us often on the job progress. Everyone was very professional and sincere during the entire process.

The entire process was excellent. Communication was exemplary.

When I called for information about their services, Shawn responded quickly. He was professional and informative. He answered all of our questions. He carefully explained what they could do and what they couldn't do in our home. We were limited somewhat because of the number of cathedral ceilings in our home. He gave us multiple options so we could decide whick would be best for us. We were on a tight schedule because we wanted the work done in time to take advantage of the tax credit for energy-saving purchases. He was able to work around our schedule. He told us in advance what they would be doing when they arrived and how long it would take. They arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated timeframe. Overall we were very pleased with the service and would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to others.

I woke up at this morning to a leaking room. I found Bone Dry on Angie's List and gave them a call. Shawn answered and was at my house within the hour (at least a 30 minute drive from his office). He actually arrived 15 minutes prior to when he said he would be here. Shawn proceeded to thoroughly evaluate my situation, both outside and inside. He explained what was going on and what my options were. I got the sense he was being up front and honest with me. He is personable and professional in his approach. Shawn spent approximately 3.5 hours at my house. He spent an extensive amount of time on my roof performing some intermediate repairs that should get my by until his crew returns for more extensive repairs, which I firmly believe are needed. He took pictures so I could see firsthand what he was describing. The work Shawn has proposed to permanently fix the situation feels appropriate and the estimate seems fair. I believe he went beyond the call of duty by staying so long and doing everything he could today until the permanent repairs can be made. I will follow up with another report after the permanent repairs are done and I've had time to reassess the situation.

Shawn was great! Came out and got right to work. Finished up promptly. Very polite and professional. We would definitey use Bone Dry again.

It went well, the 5-6 days to repair was a little long, and the man that did the estimate was not the one that did the repair. The man that did the repair was hispanic but spoke decient english.

The crew worked carefully and quickly, and the job was done exactly as I had contracted.

Everything went great. You couldn't even tell that they were here. They cleaned up great. Sean was very nice and thorough. He was very professional.

The roof/decking/insulation was completed in a day. I found a downspout that was not attached and contacted Shawn and he had it fixed in a few days.

I called Shawn because I had a roof leak that was dripping into my bathroom through the ceiling. He was able to come out and give me an estimate the same day I called. He arrived on time, and took a digital camera with him up onto my roof so he could show me photos of the problem areas when he came back down. It turned out that the rubber boot or gasket around my plumbing stack had deteriorated. Shawn also took photos of potential problem areas with my fascia and gutters, but he thought the immediate source of the problem was the plumbing stack. He came back a few days later and replaced the gaskets on all of my plumbing stacks while he was up there. Shawn took his time also to talk me through possible future work I would need on gutters and fascia. I'll be getting an estimate from Bone Dry Roofing for that work, because I would be very happy to work with them again.

Shawn B. came out to assess the problem. He appeared to be very thoughtful in his approach and explained what he thought the problem was. He provided a quote and said he could schedule in two weeks. He called the day before to confirm and also the morning of to let me know his that employee would arrive ahead of him. They completed the repair and cleaned up really well. They also reattached a piece of wood that was hanging down (not attached to roof) that had come loose from the water. I really appreciated it because I thought I would need to call someone else out to do that. Shawn showed me very clearly what he had done and why he did it and what materials he used. Shawn is very thoughtful and articulate. Both of he and his associate presented themselves vey professionally in their dress and manners. Their trucks are clean and respectable looking. I was pleased and will consider using them for more projects.

All the work was performed in a day while I was at work. The crew was at my house at 8:30 am and had everything done and cleaned up by the time I got home in the evening. They were very careful to protect my home and landscaping and they were extremely thorough cleaning up all the debris from the old roof. Shawn was excellent to work with from the estimate through to the final inspection. Overall it was a very good experience.

I contacted Bone Dry, along with several other roofing companies. Shawn Breidinger, from Bone Dry met me at the agreed upon time, we walked through what they would do and what I wanted to see. He provided an estimate the next day. I was impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail. I confirmed the Bone Dry estimate and set a date to perform the work. On that day they showed up at 8:00 AM and worked until 9:00 PM. That work was followed up by gutter replacement and chimney flashing. I am very meticulous and selective when it comes to someone performing work on my house. Shawn always returned any calls I made, was always on time and careful to explain everything. The work was top notch; in fact the day after the shingles were installed, my area had a tornado watch. I was at work and worried about the condition of the roof with the high winds given it was a day old installation. When I returned home from work there wasn't a shingle out of place which is a testament to their work. I would highly recommend them.

Shawn Breidinger came out when my insurance adjuster was there and helped me get the entire roof paid for minus my deductable. They fixed the roof on the date they promised me. The protected my flowers and shrubs. They cleaned up so well that there was not a nail in sight when I came home from work. They even cleaned the inside of my garage. I would NEVER go to another company for a roof. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We were experiencing a leak in our roof, so we had Bone Dry come out to assess the situation. They were able to identify the issue and repair it. Shawn did an excellent job of describing the problem and educating us as to a variety of solutions. They originally quoted us more than the job ended up costing, which was a welcome surprise. The work itself was promptly scheduled and did not take long at all. Our roof is no longer leaking!!!
