A 10 out of 10!! I could not be more satisfied with the finished product. Joshua Ridgway not only went "above and beyond" in his detailed artistic craftsmanship, but he finished within budget, and within the agreed upon time frame. Joshua is a truly gifted and tasteful painter. His input with color choice, paint finish, trim work, and accent touches, were spot on, and of the highest attention to detail. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Ridgway's promptness and professionalism. He showed up on time, made suggestions with regard to the color pallet, and worked tirelessly until completion. In addition to painting the entire 1700 square foot exterior, he hung a new door, climbed on the roof and detailed trimmed the dormers to specification in three colors. In addition, he trimmed out the chimney stacks, and painted the gutters, storm windows, and my exterior garden shed. My neighbors have not stopped raving about the final look of my house. The final unveil was even more impressive than I imagined. I feel like I am living in an entirely new house. You want this man to be your painter! I will use him again, and recommend him to all my friends and family!!!

Josh was very fast, efficient, and professional! I will definitely use him for any other issues we encounter and refer him to friends and family in the area. A+ service for sure!

Joshua Ridgway, the company owner, performed the work, and did an awesome job. Josh had done the paint work for the Simple Bath remodel that we had done earlier this year, and had done excellent work then. Liked the use of little rollers, as opposed to brushes, on corner and tight areas around fixtures, which eliminated noticeable brush strokes. On this job, our son was moving back home (on short notice) and we had a week to get the room looking nice for him. The painters we had used in the past, were scheduling 3 weeks out, as well as the other companies we had gotten estimates from before. We called Simple Bath and were able to get a hold of Josh. He like everyone else had a tight schedule, and we were resigned to our son moving in and having the work done later. It was silly of us to think we could get anyone in and do the work in such short notice. Then came friday morning and I got a call at work. Josh had a job that had gotten rained out, and he immediately called us and asked if we were still interested in getting the work done which was lucky for us, and very professional on his part. The basement was painted with a red satin (Buckeye Room) that we had done a horrible job with and was splotchy and uneven. Josh in one day covered the red completely, changed to 2 colors that we had picked out one much lighter and a darker accent on soffits, and one wall, and did it flawlessly. While he was there we also discussed and decided to use Josh on some installation of a new storm door, as well as work on trim and interior doors. Will review those when the work is done. Very Happy and will work with him again. Just the idea that when he found an opening he called and was able to help us on such short notice was some thing you don't find in a lot of businesses today.
