Our furnace stopped working late one night. The next morning I got on Angie's List to search for a company that could come fix our furnace. I made a couple of calls. Most companies were very busy and could not schedule me until late in the day or the next day. I had never heard of All Knight Heating and Cooling but they had good ratings. I initially scheduled them to come at their earliest opening which was around lunch time or early afternoon. They called me back and asked if they could make my house the first stop for the day. That was great for me. They came and replaced the ignitor on my furnace and were done in a very short amount of time. I was able to go to work as opposed to sitting around the house all day waiting for someone to show up. The furnace worked great the rest of the winter.

There were some issues with the installation but they were very responsive. They have been very good about fixing the issues and we plan on using them again in the future.

We don’t remember what they charged us for their services. We have no idea what the price was because it was more important for us to get someone out quickly. Our air was out and it was 90 and some degrees out. They were able to get out to our house that day. So that’s how we chose them. The quality of work was good. We will use them again in the future if we need to.

Both days I was kept informed of an approximate arrival time. The technician was very polite and professional.

Great customer service + great service = great comfort

They are fairly prompt but I dislike the fact that they had to come back twice to get it right. I possibly will use them again in the future.

The owner of this company is phenominal. They are punctual, timely, incredibly responsive and overall great to deal with. We'll see on the overall quality -- but so far, they've been fantastic to deal with and stand behind their product(s) and service

It went well from the beginning to end. They worked with my schedule and the service tech was very respectful. He did not treat me like a "dumb" female. AND did not try to sell me something. He explained the company's techs. are there to service not sell and had I needed a new furnace the office would have contacted me. The techs DO NOT get paid commission for selling products they get paid to repair. Their fees are also very reasonable. This company is definately a keeper for me and I HAVE recommended them to others.

We had a great experience with Jim, the owner of the company. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed, and actually saved us money by suggesting that we didn't need all of the equipment that the "big" HVAC company we received a quote from was trying to sell us. During installation, Jim fixed a wiring issue to ensure that our new heat pump and the existing air handler were working correctly and serviced our whole-house humidifier. Jim also brought out a portable AC unint until he could do the installation because the temperatures were in the 90s over the holiday weekend.

Since the furnace broke during the cold All Knight got it working until the new one could be installed. All Knight installed a furnace in a previous house. I asked a lot a questions and felt like I got solid honest responses. The office, and crew is friendly and professional.

It went good. The service man was polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job as well.

Very responsive. Overall good experience. Our 25+ year-old gas furnace was randomly shutting off (mostly during the night). Receptionist was very helpful and prompt in dispatching a tech to our home. An initial fix didn't last, but when I called back to report we were back where we started, they were very apologetic and sent out a new tech (Billy) who was well-versed on our particular type of out-moded furnace (Lennox Pulse). He found a different problem, didn't charge me for the time it took him to locate and pick-up the necessary part, and had it running again quickly. When the furnace conked out yet again, they discounted what we had already invested in the previous repairs (about $350) off the price of a new furnace and even installed a new blower in the old one at no charge to hold us over until they new one arrived and could be installed. Billy was very helpful and professional. New furnace has been reliable thus far, too.

They were fast and did a great job. We looked at a lot of companies and must have gotten five estimates, and they weren’t the cheapest. When my husband spoke to them, he felt that he got really straight answers. They did a really good job of coordinating and trying to get things done as quickly as possible. It turned out to be a really good bid for us. They finished the work by December for the $1500 credit. We also had them do work for my parents who had identical requirements. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were exceptional. I was very happy with their work.

It's a small family firm. However, this company was closer to retirement than the company I ended up using. I thought they did a fine job. They were fine and helpful. They cited the same attributes in their estimate as the company that I used, and that company performed successfully.

Took care of problem right away with minimal cost. Will definitely use again.

On a Friday night on the hottest day of the year so far, our AC went out. We called All Knight Saturday & the woman that answered the phone said if we did not have a return call by the serviceman in 30 minutes to call her back. Jim the owner called us within 20 minutes & came out within a few hours & determined we needed to replace our 23 year old air conditioner. By this time it was later on Sat. & it was 95 degrees & about 86 inside despite our fans. Jim went back to his business & gave a portable ac unit to use for the next 48 hours. Two servicemen came out Monday & replaced the unit within a few hours. They were thorough, knowledgable & friendly with great attention to detail. Overall it was a great experience & we got more than we expected. We also called another reputable business on their emergency line Sat. They called back on Monday & we told them we had taken care of the problem.

I called ALL-KNIGHT H/A, they sent a message to tech(Bill), he called me and asked what was wrong or not working. He told me I was 5th in line for him to see but he would call me when he was on the way. He called about 9PM and got to our house shortly after. Took the panel off, determined what part was bad, went to his truck, came back with the new part, installed it and the AC works great. Only took him about 5-7 minutes since by talking to me he had an ida where to lok for the problem.

I have to give high marks to All Knight for their responsiveness. My A/C unit (outside) was not kicking on - I could hear a relay trying to kick-start it but the fan refused to turn. As described earlier, a capacitor element was broken. Bill replaced it. I had a sister-in-law visiting and Bill really saved me from intense pressure from my wife (and her sister, the said sister-in-law). :) I would definitely call All Knight. Note that they worked on my unit the day after Independence Day and on Bill's birthday!! I thought the price was a bit high but I'm don't have a good baseline to compare. This is the second time All Knight has helped me. I am satisfied with the service. Also, I'd like to say that I asked Bill some questions about how best to cool the house and he patiently advised me.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and my experiance. My son started out with a different company which was a waste of time and $85. So he turned to All Knight heating and cooling. It began with Barb in the office... she answered a lot of his questions and got him scheduled for a FREE estimate (she was very pleasant to speak with). Jim (The owner) came out to his house right away to evaluate the system. He was very professional and friendly. He gave an honest evaluation and didn't try to upsell my son like the other company did. He gave a price $500 cheaper than the other company so my son was floored at that point. On top of that Jim says, "wouldn't you prefer to have your outdoor A/C unit on the side of the house rather than on your deck"? He knew my son had limited funds so he offfered to relocate it at no extra charge. Its amazing he was that considerate to notice the issue and to offfer the relaction at no extra charge. That shows how Jim and his company are good people. There was no high pressure sales or upselling, just friendly, professional, and honest business. The techs came out (John and Charles) and were also very professional and friendly. They brought a lot of experiance and great attitudes along with their tools and equipment. A few hours later my son's house was nice and cool and he no longer has a loud A/C unit taking up space on his deck. long story short--- A great company with great people saved us a lot of money and headache. We highly suggest this company to anyone and everyone.

Furnace quit during cold winter day. Called All Knight Heating for service. Service technician (Bill) showed up within a couple hours of my call. Very prompt, fantastic service. Bill replaced damaged part and furnace was back up and running in about 10 minutes. Very professional and efficient. I had a very good experience with this company and would definitely recommend them.

Awesome, as always. All Knight is responsive, professional, thorough, and a joy!! Barbara is a gem--always pleasant and kind. The tech came within a couple hours of my call--on a cold and blustery day, when 'no heat' calls were their first priority. [as they should have been] The call was under warranty--so no charge. Thanks, Jim--wish EVERY company was like yours!!

Although, Trane took a week to get the part, All-Knight was very responsive with the initial service call and the install once the part came it. Also, Barbara at the shop was very helpful in explaining the process, costs, and keeping me informed of the situation.

The exhaust vent pipe to vent the furnace gas outside deteriorated and fell off. All knight replaced a "wye" connection and rehung the pipe. They were very responsive and met my schedule, and they were very mindful of my work/time commitments. The tech needed to run to the supplier to get the "wye" coupler. I was charged $89 for a service call, $40 for the "wye" and another $50 in labor. I thought this was a little high considering he was only at the house for approx 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. He did have travel time to get the part, but it was still expensive given the simplicity of the repair.

I got a quote over the phone immediately, and they were able to schedule the work within a couple of days. The service person was very professional. While he was installing the humidifier he showed me how dirty my furnace was inside, and suggested I have it serviced. I called his company to schedule the annual service, and she had the technician that was already in my home perform the maintenance right after he finished installing the humidifier. I'm pleased with the work they performed and will definitely use them again.
