All My Sons Moving & Storage

I had to give it one star so I could continue to give a review. They did not take care with my goods. Entertainment center was chipped and scratched, my grandmother?s vintage sewing machine as well as my electronic desk that I need for my work also chipped and scratched. They left their trash in the house instead of taking it with them. They left several things that they should have taken with them in the house. Items that I had asked them to move to the trash. I explained that I had a lot of breakables, a lot of art supplies and sure enough they totally over loaded the step up to get a load of things into the truck and I lost an entire box of fragile art. They never apologized. They never said they were sorry or acted like they were upset. I had had to call the facility to find out where my drivers were. When the estimator had come the week before, he told me that the moving facility was 3 miles from my house. It took them two hours to get to my house. The drivers themselves called me after being contacted by their boss to tell me that they were ?stuck behind a train?. There are no trains by my house. they charged all that as travel time. I was also told that the shorter the job the less I would be charged so both my husband and I decided we were going to help move things. They arrived at 9:55 and they left at 1:20. That?s 3 1/2 hours on a job that was estimated 5 to 6 at $1500But before that, they refused to unload the last five things at the house until I paid them. When I looked at the payment it had not been shortened due to the time. So I explained that I wanted to talk to somebody. I got their boss who said he ?missed? that it said it was an estimated quote job. Then he took off just $200 of the $1500. Due to the length of time it took for them to try to get ahold of their boss and then for me to speak to him, it started raining. The estimator had told me that there were cloths that they would put on furniture if it was raining. They did not bother with any cloths so everything came into my house wet. When I went to get the pillows that went on the sofa I found them at the bottom of the truck in the dirt and muck instead of protected in blankets. When they were setting up the heaviest pieces of the furniture they had brought in my entertainment center upside down! And they had to fight to get it right side up a while dragging it across our brand new vinyl flooring instead of picking it up to move it. I did not yell I did not get angry. But they knew I was not happy with them. They were not professional. I am also disappointed with Angi because I feel that you try to make it very hard to leave a review that has negative information in it.

Leo, Daimeon and Terron moved us from our storage facility to our home. The were professional, efficient and friendly. They arrived early, and were immediately at work. They did not even take a break, and it was extremely hot and humid that day. These young men were careful with our items and it seemed like they were done almost before they began. I would most definitely use All My Sons again for my moving needs, especially if I could have the same three young men moving me. They were a credit to their company and the company a credit to their industry. Highest recommendations for both. Worth every penny I spent.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They completely lied about their moving prices and then held my furniture hostage after telling me I owed them TWICE what they quoted over the phone the day of the move. This company is underhanded and deceptive. Their customer service was terrible, and rude and blamed ME for the incorrect quote. They told me $470 over the phone for an in-town move with two guys for 2 hours and ended up demanding $930 when they came to drop off my furniture!

Do not use this company they came with a small truck that the guys didn't know how to work it took 2 hrs waiting for them to figure it out. They sent 3 young guys that didn't know what they were doing. They took apart furniture without knowing how to put it back together. I took 2 trips and still didn't get all my stuff. When to brought my items to my new house they scratched up my walls and furniture. They didn't put my things where they were supposed to go. They went back to get my other things but refused to take it all. I was charged $1400 and that was with a discount for the inconveniences. If you need movers DONT USE ALL MY SONS!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS

Quick. Came in. Accessed situation quickly. They were good. All good.

Great! Got things done quick and seamless. Only thing I’d say is mark boxes so when moving into new home can put boxes in correct rooms

There quote dont match there pricing. I was told $ 179. 00 per Hr. They worked 4 hrs. no over time. They charged me around $345.00 per hour.

What a rip-off! We were moving my disabled sons items from his apartment. I described where the apartment was located but the first truck was too large to make the turn into the parking area. They sent it away to find a smaller vehicle. The three movers originally scheduled dropped down to two and it took over five hours to find a replacement truck? The movers did not pack and move everything but they sure wanted to charge me a high price! My stuff was held hostage until I paid. Then they did not want to take a check. What was to only take about two to three hours ended up as a seven-hour ordeal! My family had to end up packing and driving the rest to the storage unit. Never again using this company.

Quite a bit of damage to some important pieces. Foot of a cedar chest was broken off and then damage was hidden when chest was placed in the room. Mattress was shredded (including large pieces of wood chips that presumably did the shredding still embedded in the mattress). One of the three workers was friendly and professional. One was sullen. The third (lead) was indifferent.

The guys were great. Very friendly and explained the process and what they were doing.

Packing was inconsistent. Some thing were packed beautifully and other things not so well, resulting in some damage.

Workers were very helpful and accommodating. They worked nonstop and efficiently. The only reason I rated the quality of work 4.5 is due to 1 worker seemed a bit less experienced and unnecessarily let go of some items resulting in marring the walls. I was generally pleased, and would recommend.

Broke multiple pieces of furniture and insurance is lackluster.

I like the hourly charge as it has saved me money compared to other movers quotes.

We hired them and got an estimate of a full home move with four movers. They showed up in the morning with four guys, however one had a back injury and sat in the truck texting all day. We had a safe that we had called to confirm they could move, but when the movers showed up they said they did not have the proper equipment to do it. My husband had to go out and rent the equipment they needed, then because one guy was injured and they were trying to do a four person job with only three people, one of the other guys got injured and had to be taken to the hospital. They ended up grabbing the rest of the furniture and leaving. My husband and I had to go back the next day and fill up our cars and a friends car with the rest of our stuff. On top of everything my husband and brother in law had to jump in and help them unload everything at the new house because there were now only two workers. Not all our furniture assembly was done because the movers had left pieces back at the old house, and our headboard and dresser got two very noticeable gashes in them. When I called Mike back at the home office he argued with me for a while, then offered me $200 off (not nearly enough of our $1800 move). He eventually came down to $1400, but I still feel we were very wronged. I will warn everyone to never work with this company!
