Response from McNulty Roofing Co
McNulty Roofing installed [Member Name Removed] roof approximately 15 years ago which is well past its labor warranty. The one ripped shingle was due to wind damage and not misapplication of shingles. When McNulty Roofing looked at the leak, it was not clear whether the leak was due to the ripped shingle, wall flashing, or condensation. McNulty Roofing asked [Member Name Removed] to monitor the leak during rain and to give us an indication of what she saw. We did not hear from [Member Name Removed] nor did we follow up on our own. That is the last that McNulty Roofing heard of the situation until now. Furthermore, for [Member Name Removed] information and anybody else who has accused us of only being interested in insurance work, we do approximately less than 10 insurance work and cannot control what is put out on social media. The typical storm chaser uses salespeople and subcontractors. McNulty Roofing employs all their workers and carries liability insurance as well as Workers' Compensation.
