I was more than pleased with the response. My furnace went out and within 20 minutes of my posting on Home Advisor I had a call back and an appointment scheduled for the same day. Mike explained everything and offered options and I went with a new furnace which he was able to install the next day. Efficient, professional, considerate. I was satisfied with the cost also. Mike is a trustworthy professional. In fact, the second time he came out (after the part arrived) he got to my home before i did and i just gave him my door code. at the first visit he found the problem right away and went out of his way to find the part I needed that was on backorder from the factory.
