Description of Work: "Water was coming in from an addition to the house. The guys worked in the crawl space to put waterproof seal on the foundation walls and sealed the entire dirt surface. They also sealed the outside wall, which wasn't done at construction, added a drain system outside. And they put the downspout discharge underground to empty to the street. | |Very professional results, hard working, pleasant men who went beyond the minimum to do a good job."

Description of Work: Original work was completed July 24. That work was to repair the foundation under our front porch (the work took a crew of 4 four days to install and sink 4 columns to repair a sinking foundation). However, one previously repaired crack in the porch floor reappeared and a new one appeared. In addition, 4 shrubs were killed. It is now Oct. 26 and no satisfactory response from Basement Guys. They claim the cracks were pre-existing and 1 dead shrub was hauled away. Nothing else has happened. I think I have made 20 phone calls and sent 5 emails to this company. I think they file all issues in their Basement.
