Within an hour of me contacting and sending in pictures of my system, Ron has personally called me and talked me through the troubleshooting of the system. Over the phone he has managed to fix my unit without having to come out and did not charge a dime. Excellent service and goes above and beyond to help fix the problem. I will only contact him if I have any geothermal needs.

While we didn't ultimately end up purchasing yet, as we are still considering the project, Ron was an absolute pleasure with whome to work. We were considering geothermal HVAC. He came to our home, did an energy estimate, and provided an estimate. He had all kinds of great ideas for potential savings. He is a very busy person, but he was always ready to answer any questions or concerns - via phone or e-mail. He gave us a list of references, and we contacted all of them. Everyone we spoke to had very similar comments - very professional, fair pricing, and did a wonder job. If you are going to consider geothermal - call Ron. While our project is temporarily on hold, he is the first contractor we will call if and when we resume our planning.

Since we did not use his service I cannot say how the work was done overall
