They were able to come out within 2 hours for an emergency call. I had water leaking from the ceiling in my lower level. The tech was great. Very knowledgeable,really took the time to evaluate the situation, and did not make it into more then it really was. Although it was suspected that it was a water line or drain line that was leaking, it turns out that it was actually the rubber boots and flashing around my vent stacks on the roof. Unfortunately they were not able to repair the problem because it required a roofer. But I felt very confident when the tech left that we had found the problem & knew what needed repaired. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise. Additionally, for an emergency call on memorial day, the price was fair especially for the amount of time invested. Very pleased with the experience.

I paid for the trip charge, but they couldn't get the hot water tank fixed. After they left, I called the 800 number on the front of the tank and had it lit in 3 minutes.
