+ -1 moreI asked him to come and do a winter check. He made an appointment with me and never showed up and never called. When winter hit, my furnace kept turning, kept coming on and off continuously. I called him again and again, made an appointment but never called and never showed.
Description of Work: He had to replace a lot of the heat pump.
