Description of Work: Installed a new kitchen facet. Quality job but extremely overpriced on this particular job. This is standard for them. I had them install a garbage disposal and the cost to install was more than the price of the disposal. I have used this company for over 20 years and they just started doing this about 4 years ago. The other job they did this time was maintenance on the furnace. Very reasonable price here.

Description of Work: Purchase and installation of new hot water heater. Very professional and punctual. Price was high. The one policy that they have is that they charge you $85 to come out and tell you what is wrong. No problem here, but they do not take this charge off if you go ahead with the repairs. They charged me $85 for 3 minutes work to tell me I needed a new water heater; which I told them over the phone that I needed a new water heater. Just beware of this.

Description of Work: In 2008, they installed a high-end furnace and AC. In 2010, they installed a large bathtub, a gas fireplace, and a utility sink. In 2011, they installed a kitchen faucet and a refrigerator. From 2008 to the present, they have annually serviced our furnace and A/C.

Description of Work: They provided us with a thorough furnace checkup prior to the heating season that included a short cycling issue we were having at the end of last heating season. Two technicians were assigned and were very prompt/courteous during their onsite visit. Price included a discount for AC checkup for 2013. Would definately call on them again.
