Great job, start to finish! Crew arrived on time, was hard working and professional; site supervisor was 'on the ball' making sure things went smoothly. Everyone involved was courteous and did great job of cleaning up 'along the way' - and when the job was completed. I would recommend!

The crew was amazing did a great job each day cleaning up an were diligent to get the job finished. Mike the owner was always available to talk to an helpful thru out entire process.

Bad experience. No leak in roof found. Company representative very conformational and does not have the skills to solve customer complaints. Company representative blames customer. Spent 2100 dollars and roof was not the cause of leak. Company culture only interest is getting your money

I needed a roof replacement and I had several quotes and 4 Guys was very affordable and very thorough with what needed to be done and why. When I had questions and concerns Mike responded on a timely manner and answer any concerns that I had. The crew was great. They were polite, professional,and cleaned before leaving. We have a three bed, two bath ranch house with four valleys, chimney and several vent openings. 4 Guys and a Roof did a fine job and very professional. The roof looks great and was all done in one day. Very good clean up and no damage to the yard or plantings around the house. Replaced drip edge and flashings and gave a very good warranty. If you are looking to replace your roof, it is well worth it to give this company a call.

called asked for quote several days after leaving message received a call back said I would be contacted by crew leader to schedule a site visit and estimate the next day never received any other calls went with another contractor who was prompt and on time.

First off I have nothing but good to say about Mike, he responded to my original call right away and returned my calls or emails right away. Yesterday the crew arrived on time all equipment was brought in and though it is a tight space everything went well getting the dumpster and crane in. The work crew worked quickly and finished the job in one day. The clean up was excellent! They made sure all debri was picked up and so far I haven't found any nails. I expected it would take a couple days to get the dumpster, but when I left at 8:30a and got home at 11:45a it was gone. Hurray I can park in my garage. ;) The only thing I wish they did was install new leaf gutter protection, the old had to be taken off. I know I just had the roof put on yesterday but the way things went I would definitely recommend them!

Very well, they contracted for a day & were here on time, only broke for lunch. They continued the job the next day & finished, cleaned up all around the house, made sure our windows & outside belongings were taken care of, they were a very respectful group of workers.

The estimate was prepared using information on the internet (Google Maps, I imagine), so a site visit wasn't required (and the estimated price ended up being the final invoiced price). I had the estimate the morning after I requested it, and the guys showed up a week later to do the job. It was raining when they first arrived, but the weather cleared and they had everything torn off by the afternoon. They weren't able to get all of the new shingles on by the end of the first day due to the rain delay, but sent a crew back the next day to finish up. Clean up was very thorough, and they even cleared away leaves and debris that had been laying around all summer!

They were hard working, professional, and did an excellent job on the roof. I could not be happier with my new roof!! Everyone in the neighborhood has noticed the new roof and are referring them to their friends.

Overall the service was good. There were some issues though, my back lawn was hurt pretty bad. I had a complaint from neighborhood that they were working to late. I had to pick up hundreds of nails off of the lawn. So I think they could do a better job. The job took about 4 days.

It starts with them using a satellite to survey the house, which is awesome because you don't have to take any time out of your schedule. Then it goes on to them giving an estimate that was ASTRONOMICALLY less than their competitors. They charged me $9200. The other estimate I got was $23,500. This was for the exact same job, same tiles, etc. I thought there might be some catch to it, but after speaking to the manager I understood how they were able to keep their prices so low. They've constructed a business model that purely benefits the consumer. You won't have to pay for billboard advertisements, salesman commissions, office building rental, etc. These are all things that are included in the price of the other roofers. There is no compromise at 4 Guys and a Roof. You get the absolute lowest price, equal quality of materials, and experienced laborers that are Owens Corning Platinum certified. The roofers that work on site are courteous and friendly. They got my roof done much faster than I thought it would take. There wasn't a single negative aspect to my experience and my new roof looks fantastic (see attached 'before & after' photos). I highly recommend 4 Guys and a Roof.

The crew was prompt, courteous and professional. They covered our bushes, flowers and tomato plants so they would not be damaged. The site was cleaned up before they finished and besides the new roof you wouldn't have known that we had any work done. I'm very happy with the installation and performance of the roof, it rained the next day with no leaks. Great Job Guys!!! Only took 8-hours to remove and install a new roof, WOW!!

The guys were very professional, prompt and courteous. Our bushes were covered and when the job was done a magnet was used to pickup the nails. Very happy with the thorough job in cleaning up. It seemed to go ok, but it's too soon to know if my minor leak issues have been fixed since they didn't come in the house to look at the leaks.

They were very quick in getting out to give me a quote and then to do the job, I was not home when the workers came out to do the repair.

It took a lot longer than we were led to believe. The quality of the workmanship was less than what we were expecting. Communication between the owner and the crew was poor.

Initial impression was very good, arrived on time, stayed on task, cleaned up after. The following year I called and said that I think that we have an issue with the gutters, there was an overflow occurring at about the center point of the lower run of gutters, and the paint in the kitchen was bubbling. Jamie said that I should call the person he sub contracted to pull the gutter helmets and gave me the number. We played tag for a couple of months and then I just gave up trying to reach them. In frustration I redneck engineered a solution, drilled some holes at the overflow point and bought a rain barrel. I also pulled the helmets up so I could see if something was causing it, I found pieces of old shingles(up to approx 2"x4"), plastic sheathing from the shingle bundles, & a few old nails. I also found that I had water pooling in 3 different places on the run, with the lowest being in the middle. I am making an assumption that this occurred during the reroof since we did not have this problem the six prior years of living in the house. Notice that nobody from 4 Guys or the sub-contractor have been out yet and 4 Guys has not followed up. Fast forward to this spring, I am repainting the upstairs and fixing spots in the drywall. As I am in the middle bedroom on the west wall ceiling I attempt to cut out a water spot and get a shower of carpenter ants. Great. I grab some spray and start spraying through the small hole that I cut. Do this in several small holes for the next three days and I am still getting some ants around the holes and on the floor. So I pull down about 1/2 sheet of drywall from the ceiling (from the exterior wall to about the middle of the room. I notice that the header is wet and in real bad shape, I also find another colony against the exterior wall. I start to work my way down the wall removing drywall, wet insulation, and ruined celatex. I have to go all the way to the floor and find the bottom of the studs have rotted away and the runner on the bottom is totally gone. Call Jamie explain what I have found, give him my assumption is that the water is entering around the vent pipe that is in that section of wall (On a side note the piece of OSB that the vent pipe exits through is one that was replaced on the stripping of the old roof). He says he will send his crew leader out and have him look at it. Upon the inspection by 4 Guys they agreed it was leaking near at the vent pipe at this time I showed the crew leader where the paint was also bubbling in the kitchen.. Said they would return on Saturday to fix, nobody would be home but told them if you don't need to get inside go ahead and fix it. We get some rain over the next week or two and I find I still have water coming in. Call the crew leader, since he seemed to be the most responsive, and let him know. He said he had a meeting with Jamie and would bring it up to him. Followed up in 2 days and was told someone would be out to look at it again and make another attempt at a fix. Next man up come out is shown the upstairs and the bubbled paint in the kitchen, spends some time back up on the roof and lets me know he has put in a set of flashing around the vent, he thinks the old one was installed backwards since there was not room for the gutter side of the flashing to be installed without some redneck engineering. Waited a few rain days to check and it is not leaking. I call Jamie and ask him about the missing drywall, insulation, ruined header & ruined studs. He agrees to have someone come out and cut in and finish new drywall. I agree that I will paint the room myself and all should be good. The sub-contractor comes out takes one look at the mess and says this not the type of drywall repair that I do, I will have to call someone else. Drywall man number two comes out and says "I don't normally install drywall" back and forth and he agrees to the job and I agree that I will help him if necessary. A week later the drywall is installed upstairs and ready to paint. I will follow up with Jamie to see if anything is going to happen with bubbled paint in the kitchen
