It was great. Crew was wonderful. They were the best company I ever had work done by. My neighbors were amazed by the professionalism of the crew and the work. Had it done in one day,cleaned it all up and and away it went. If you don't use this company you are missing out!

I called Jamie and left a message. He called back within 20 minutes. I explained to him that I had a roof leak and he explained that because of the extreme weather we had in February, that there probably isn't a problem. Because of the extreme amount of snow and rain, the roof probably leaked only temporally. He told me to keep an eye on it and if any further evidence occurred indicating a leak, he would be out the same day I called back. Thanks Jamie for saving me time and money I didn't really want to have to spend.

Professional yet with a personal touch from sales to follow-up when roof was completed. Jamie said that our roof would be completed in 8 hours & it was! A "well oiled machine" ..... all crew members knew what to do when they arrived & from start to finish they performed in a professional manner. Not only were we impressed at the speedy progression of the project but the clean-up was amazing! Jamie even stopped mid-day to check on the progress. Many neighbors have also commented on their overall professionalism and the quality appearance of the finished product. We have highly recommended 4 Guys and a Roof to neighbors who have stopped to ask about our experience. Excellent communication from Jamie and his office regarding the plans. Mike and his team arrived at 7 am and were on the roof within the hour tearing it off. By mid-day, there were 14 people on the job site. Our shrubs and everything around the house was well protected with plywood and tarps. There was some minor repair required on the roof and Mike took the time to take pictures to show us, so there was no mystery about what they were doing up there. The crew was very helpful and courteous when our daughter and our dogs needed to go in and out of the house, escorting us around their job site. The work was completed in a timely, professional manner by 5 pm that evening. The clean-up was excellent around the shrubs, yard, deck and pool area. The new roof looks beautiful and makes a huge difference on the curb appeal of our home. The invoice came in right on quote with no surprises. I would highly recommend 4 Guys and a Roof.

4 guys did a great job. Owner, Jamie, is a very friendly, personable guy. He explained everything in detail about the job. They showed up at 7:00 AM and worked until they were finished at 6:00 PM Got right to work and were efficient in their jobs. They did clean up everything very well. The man in charge did ask if it was okay before they left. I still don't understand why Angie's List charged $599 to secure the job. Who got the $599? If it was 4 guys, fine, if not, who? 4 Guys contract, that I signed was for $5400, so entire contract should have been $6000, but it was $5400. $300 for removing at reinstalling gutter helmet. I guess I should have asked more questions about the $599. Entire job was $6300. Only thing I am not sure of is the company they used to remove and replace our gutter helmet. They did take it off and store it okay, but putting it back on was not what I would say is a very good job. It's not put on the way it was taken off. Just looks like it lays on the roof instead of under a row of shingles. It was cheaper than the gutter helmet company, I guess you get what you pay for. They left without asking if it was okay. We'll see how it works in the rain.

Due to weather, our date was pushed back by 2 days. They called each day to let me know, which we figured because of the snow. However, the call was appreciated. Finally, we had a beautiful day and they were here early. I was so impressed because they took extra care to cover up windows (with boards) and our landscape to protect from all the roofing material being taken off. The roof looks beautiful. Jamie's crew took their time to clean up EVERYTHING. They made sure to get all the extra little nails and scraps that might have been in our mulch. We have already had 2 neighbors ask if we were pleased with the service that was provided to us. We have and will recommend 4 Guys and a Roof to anyone. Jamie and his crew are very professional and personable. Very reasonable prices and the attention to detail impeccable.

Kevin and his crew showed up before 7:00 am and started to work immediatly. They completely stripped off the old roof, repaired one minor spot in wood deck and then did a total re-roof with Owens Corning shingles. Even with a crew of about 12 people (more or less) it took them two complete days, working until almost 8pm on the first day;. Started again on the second day, and worked steady until almost 6pm. They took great care covering my shrubs and grounds. and the cleanup was better than the people I hired to do a spring cleanup! There was no slacking off, only break for lunch and a short time when the boss had to drive to the supplier for additional ridge vent. Next day the dumpster was gone by 12 noon and their tool trailer was gone also. All in all la very professional job, well run and very experienced.

I contacted Jamie at 4 Guy on a roof for a problem I have. My problem was that I thought I needed roof-vents in my attic. I explained everything and I thought there was too hot in the house in the summer and cool in the winter. He explained what he thought it could be and he explained that it sounded like an insulation problem. The probability that I did not have enough insulation in the attic or the insulation vents were blocked and that in any case an insulation expert should look at it and he gave me a referral. He said if that was not the problem, he would be more than glad to come out and check everything out. Very professional and courteous. I would use him on my next problem!

The repairs on the soil stacks went very well. Initially, I contacted Jamie at 4 Guys and A Roof, because we had a leak in the kitchen ceiling of my mother's house that I wanted to get repaired before the snow fell again. It is a very old house, and needs a lot of work done on it, but I was trying to address the more urgent concerns like plumbing and heating first, since my daughter and grandchildren are staying the house right now. We had not been able to determine if the leak was due to a plumbing issue or the roof. But when it rained, it seemed the leak got worse, so we thought the leak must be in the roof. Since the roof is in extremely bad shape, I wanted to have someone come look at it. However, my biggest concern at that point was getting the work done on the roof, before it snowed again, since we'd been having so much snow this winter. When I called Jamie on 2/24, he called me back right away. He came out and assessed the roof, and told me he would get to the work before the end of that week. However, the 4 Guys crew came out earlier, and repaired the roof the correct way, as in the interim, I"d hired another contractor, because I wanted to be sure the work was done before the snow fell again, and was going to cancel with 4 Guys. However, the second contractor did a very poor job on the roof repair, so I was extremely glad that 4 Guys had went ahead and done the repair professionally, before I could cancel, and despite the poor workmanship of the second contractor, as there were two holes in the roof that the second contractor had not even told me about, and that could have very well been the reason water was leaking into the kitchen. Unfortunately, we still have the leak. But when I spoke to Jamie about this, he suggested that water may had already gotten in through the two holes, before the repairs, and froze, and to call him back if we could not figure out what was causing the leak, and he'd come back out to take a look at the roof again. But one thing I feel very confident about is that if water got in before the repairs, it won't be getting in now that the repairs are done, at least not in those places where they did the work. And that is a big relief to us. I feel very satisfied with this outcome, as far as 4 Guys and A Roof are concerned, because now I am reasonably confident that the leak is not from the roof, since 4 Guys did such a professional job in repairing the two holes on such an aging roof. And I can tell the difference between when I looked at the roof when the second contractor finished, and when I looked at the roof when 4 Guys finished. It is clear that 4 Guys are the professionals, who did the job right. The way it should have been done in first place. Now I can focus on the plumbing as the cause of the leak, which we had not completely ruled out, but will not know for certain until the plumbing work is done, which is what we are working on right now. But I am very happy to say that I would not hesitate for one second to call 4 Guys and A Roof, when we hopefully are ready to put a completely new roof on the house this Spring. They were a pleasure to work with, prompt, and very friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them!!

Called 3 roofing companies with positive reviews on Angie's List to address an active leak in the attic. 4 Guys were the first to respond to me. Others took more than a day (which I don't understand when you have an urgent leak happening). Someone was able to come out the next day to see the issue and provided a fix the following day.

Jamie and his crew did a great job despite the snow. They called me and got the work done very promptly. I need more work done for a leak in my garage roof and 4 Guys and a. Roof are going to do the repair ASAP. Glad to have found them thru Angie's list.

The owner was very easy to work with and the crew was courteous , hard working, and they did a great job of cleaning up. I was impressed with the timeliness of response and they did the entire job in 2 days. The results were excellent.

The work went very quickly, and at the scheduled time. Jamie puts a 1 year warranty on his sealing work. The worker gave advice concerning additional care for the roof, and in this case, we will need a full roof replacement soon. I look forward to contacting them again in a few months to complete the whole thing!

Repaired roof leak around chimmny left by company used by prevoius house owner.

...I would like to tell you how pleased I am with the job that 4 Guys and a Roof did for me.The owner, Jamie, came at the appointed time & explained what all they would do & any options I might want. He left an itemized estimate with me. His estimate was one of three, & theirs became the obvious choice, price-wise & all that was included. He estimated completion in 8 hours. On the scheduled day the first truck pulled up at 7:30 am & within minutes there were about 12 men here unloading ladders & equipment & removing any objects on & surrounding the house that could get broken, & covering all the bushes & area with tarps. They all worked very efficiently & never did I see any worker stand around or not working. They removed old shingles, replaced some plywood, installed new shingles, put ice guard in areas, modernized the chimney, put in more vents, etc. When the roof was completed they cleaned everything up, put my things back in place, used a magnet roller over the entire area to find any stray nails, etc., & the last truck left by 3:30 pm. My new roof looks awesome & I am very satisfied with their work. And I have warranties for labor & materials to back it up if need be. Jamie & his crew were very friendly & competent and I am glad I made the choice to use 4 Guys and a Roof.

I called Jaimie asking him to come out for an estimate. He told me he would be out that day, he showed up that morning and left a bid. I had 2 other companies come out, one was double the price and the other was about the same amount. I decided to go with jaimie, because he came out ,as he said he would and after reading the reviews on angies list. the day my roof was scheduled to be put on I was getting ready for work and heard noise in the front of the house, I looked out the window to see about 10 guys out front. I was amazed. They were unloading ladders and equipment. Everyone was busy and looked like they new what their job was. I hurried and walked out the back door to go to work and ran into 3 workers. All of them were polite and busy. I showed one of the men about a concern I had with a gutter, he listened, and that was taken care of with the job. As I was pulling out of the driveway, the men were covering my bushes. I felt very confident leaving my home in their hands, I am a widow of 3 years. I just moved into this home ,it has a lot of work to be done. I have had terrible experiences with companies and contractors. I couldn't wait to get home that night, my home looked the same when I arrived home, except I had a beautiful new roof. This company did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone. Jamie was punctual not only with the initial call, but on follow-up calls as well. The service I requested was done in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend his service.

Jamie, the owner of the company, came out to do the initial estimate. He showed up early, was very friendly, and gave me a great estimate. This was in mid-September. I then booked the roofing job to be done on October 16th, but it had to be pushed back a couple of days due to weather. They never called me to let me know that it was not being done on the 16th. I had to find out from my neighbor. They showed up two days later, again did not let me know this was the day they were coming, tore off the old roof and repaired a leak with new wood. The contractor came and repaired the drywall and painted the wall. A few days later, another guy came and replaced the gutters. Overall, the job got done, it looks great, and I'm happy with the amount I paid for the service. I would recommend 4 Guys and a Roof to someone else.

This is one fabulous company. Jamie Wietrzykowski, owner, got back to me with a clear, concise bid the same day he came out. The crew was here early in the morning & worked efficiently & skillfully the entire time. The cedar shakes created a massive amount of debris and they collected and disposed of it-filling three dumpsters to the top!. This was a massive undertaking with 45 different facets, skylights, and dormers. Having had a very bad experience with my original shake roof, I personally, got on the roof and reviewed the work that is in all those areas that can not be seen from the ground. Their attention to detail was amazing. Things were properly installed with the right underlayments, ice guards, etc in place. Roof vents were of high quality. Caulking was in used in all areas where it should be. Flashing was installed properly. There is something very special about this company I want to say. In this "hurry it up, do it fast, get to the next job" kind of an environment most roofing companies live with, this crew did something very unique. When two of the four dormers were complete I looked at them & was unhappy with them having a seam down the middle. It seems it was necessary to get a good seal. After discussing with Jamie & his foreman, Mike, the worker job tried 4 or more times to eliminate the center seam. When it was apparent it would have to stay (but narrower) I was not happy but knew they did what they could to get the shingles to bend but still laminate (seal) properly. Imagine my total surprise to come out at the end of a very long day & find that the skilled worker had worked his magic & solved the problem & there is no seam in the middle of the dormers. They look remarkable. I can well understand why these guys are approved by Owens Corning as a premier installer. They have earned this reputation with hard work, excellent attention to detail and on top of all that they were fun and easy to be around. Jamie runs a tight ship with the excellent help of Mike & Jake & all the crew. .,

Removed roofing, replaced a roof board and replaced roofing!

Jamie called right away and came promptly. Looked at the roof and took care of cracks around chimney and vents. He took pictures to show the problem areas. Also gave me a quote for new gutters. Within a week, a crew showed up and replaced the gutters. The whole process went very smoothly and fast. Happy to have it done before winter and the price was reasonable.
