 + -1 moreCalled early afternoon and his son was able to come over a little after 5pm. He called to make sure it was still a good time to come over which in my book is good customer service that many don't do. He arrived and got my door working again. I'll still need to replace the bottom panel in the future, but it's working now which is what I needed. I'll be calling them first when I decide to replace it.
Description of Work: Had a problem with my garage door where it got knocked out of the track since it didn't go all the way up and my suv's spoiler caught it.
