I found Jason who is the owner … by him being listed as one of the Preferred Contractors for City of Solon. I called him on a Friday and within a week my roof was torn off and replaced . His crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. He communicated every step of the way. If I could give 10 stars I would . Definitely very happy with his workmanship and professionalism. Very happy with my new roof !

The crew arrived promptly at 7 am. They were all very polite and hardworking. Lily managed the job and did a great job explaining everything to us and made sure the crew was doing everything right. She was amazing! Jason was also awesome to work with and the transparency of the expenses and extent of the work was clear and detailed. Would definitely recommend them for roof and gutters! We are so happy with the results!!!!

I heard about J&J Roofing through word of mouth on Facebook. After a bad windstorm came, my roof was missing several shingles. It had been at least 20 years since the last roof was replaced so I started looking for a roofing company. I reached out to 4-5 places. 1 refused to even come give me a quote without signing a paper stating I would not use anyone else once he gave me the quote. A couple others came out, including J&J. Jason showed up and he went above and beyond what my expectations were. He made it an easy decision for me to go with his company. No complaints throughout the entire process. Jason’s communication was top notch. He always let me know ahead of time exactly what to expect with insurance, the adjuster, the tear off, the new roof, dumpster, everything. He’s a stand up guy and a man of his word. The new roof looks absolutely amazing and I am 100% happy with everything that J&J did. If you need a new roof – I would not hesitate to reach out to Jason.

I contacted them about a month ago. My roof had lost some tiles due to storm damage, from day one they gave me through the process of working with my insurance company to get the claim covered. Communication was always fast, accurate, professional. I was already so happy with intangibles, and the business side of things. But the icing on the cake was that they did my whole house and garage in a single day. The men here, extremely hard-working, and effective. After the project was done, the cleanup was immaculate as well. I would venture to say, this is not a secret roofing experience what my best experience with any contractor. I’ve ever worked with.
