+ -1 moreHad them come out with a problem in my basement toilet. They cleared the line and the toilet clogged again two days later. They came back and a week later it clogged again - they came back and cleared it out. 6 months later, the line clogged again and they did not come back out. I called another company and they figured it out in an hour. They ran a camera and found that the toiled didn't have the flushing power to get through the whole line. So, spent near $1000 to Hartville and it was the toilet the whole time. Now I spent more money for the other company to come out and still have to purchase a new toilet. Not great
