Doran of ForeverLawn of Ohio worked patiently with us to assure that the product would meet our needs. We were permitted to view an existing installation, for example. The work took about a day and a half. It would have gone faster if rain had not intervened. The crew was professional and meticulous. A section of wood fence had to be removed to allow their BobCat access to the back yard. There were shrubs in the way which the ForeverLawn team removed and replanted. They also repaired the part of the lawn that was necessarily damaged by passage of the BobCat. After the installation was complete, Doran returned to assure our satisfaction. We pointed out a seam that was threatening to separate after our big dogs had been out on the lawn. This seam was reglued and is now solid and invisible, as it should be. Because of a peculiarity in our installation, there was an area where our German Shepherd could pull up the edge. Doran returned and reaffixed the edge of the lawn such that it is no longer attractive to our curious dog. The dogs, now two Collies and the German Shepherd, love the new lawn. Before the installation, it was impossible to keep grass growing. Now, they romp and play to their hearts content, pummeling the lawn mercilessly.
