After having a hail storm in May, I was contacted by another company ( I wish I remembered the name of that company) who wanted to check my roof for damage. After his inspection, he stated there was no damage. A couple of days later, I was approached by Ron, requesting to also check my roof for damage. We were leaving for dinner and he stated he would be back the following day.Ron returned the next day and looked at the roof and reported, with pictures, there was in fact, hail damage to the roof. He then contacted Nationwide Insurance and he and the adjuster was here on Sunday. The adjuster agreed with Ron and a check was issued for replacing the roof. Had it not been for Ron, we would have never known there was damage to the roof. In addition, Ron found seven window screens that had also been damaged, at which the first inspector never looked.Furthermore, Ron and the adjuster suggested we consider adding reinforcement to the Florida Room Roof since they would be removing the shingles anyway. Ron gave us a very reasonable price for removing the plywood, adding reinforcement to the rafters, installing new plywood and then replacing the shingles with a more favorable covering because of the slope on the roof. We have always been concerned with a large snow fall causing the roof to cave in. We no longer have that worry.The entire project took two and one-half days to complete and it looks beautiful. Thanks to Ron taking the time to double check, our damaged roofing has been replaced. Ron handled the job in a very professional manner. If it weren't for him, we would have never known until it was to late to submit an insurance claim. I would certainly recommend Ron for your next project.
