Installed 2 new Xcluder garage doors sweeps to help prevent rodents and pests from gnawing through the original garage door sweep. The final work was superb, exceptionally high quality. Dutcher Door is the best!

Dutcher installed 2 new garage doors and 2 garage door openers about 3 years ago. Everything is still working very well 3 years later. I have no hesitation in giving them a top notch recommendation for anyone that needs garage door work.

the man we hired to replace rotten wood around garage door did not replace the head board across the top of the garage door opening. The Dutcher Door installation crew said they would add the board for us at no cost, if we would go to store and purchase the board. Really saved us, because we have not been able to get the man we hired to replace rotten wood to come back to complete his work and garage door still wouldn't be installed.

Excellent experience. Called them for garage door opener repair. They were able to come by in 2 days, at the time expected. Great service and communication, would gladly hire them again.

When a spring unexpectedly broke on our garage door on a Sunday, I left a message with Dutcher Door's voicemail. They called me bright and early Monday morning, and had someone out within a few hours. The technician was polite, answered my questions, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He lubricated the rails on our door so it is now operating better than before the spring broke. I felt the price was incredibly reasonable, given their swift response and the fact that we went ahead and replaced both springs on the door. I would highly recommend them to others.

They installed the original doors on our new home and have change the rubber trim that has ripped twice. The door controllers that they originally installed are no longer available according to them. They installed the cheapest controls that do not even allow the overhead light to be controlled. They talk to me then my wife who doesn't know what they are talking about. They where to talk to her only to get into the garage and nothing else. They seemed nice enough, but we didn't get what we wanted. They were to inspect and adjust the noisy doors and put up new controls.

Dutcher Door is the company that installed my garage door and opener when we built the home. They also replaced two of the panels when I backed into the partially open door many years ago. The spring broke on 5/7/12 which kept the door from opening/closing with the power door opener. I called early on 5/8/12 and the repairman was here around 9:15 AM. He replaced the two springs (I wanted two instead of just replacing the one broken spring) in a very short time. I also asked if he had any sort of reinforcing brace for where the opener bracket attaches to the top door panel. He cut me two steel angle braces and offered to install them for me. Instead I had him show me where to attach them and did the small job myself. There was no charge for the braces. We also had a nice conversation while he worked on my door. Great job and a good repair experience. I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future. I highly recommend this company and their service.

I came to call Dutcher Door because their name was slapped onto our garage door - apparently they were the original subcontractor that did the work when the house was built. So I called and Dan (I believe was his name) answered the phone. I described my issues and asked if they would be interested in taking a look at it. I had a person out at the house the next morning (so far, so good). After the tech's review, he advised parts would need to be ordered and that he would need to return in 2 days to complete the job and that someone would call to confirm the additional appt time. 2 days pass, no call, no tech. Finally 5 days went by when I decided to call back myself to see what was going on. The abrupt man on the other end (not Dan this time) said he would look into it and call back. The rest of that day goes by...no call. The next day we receive a call from the same rude person saying they'd like to come out later in the morning, which wasn't going to work. So he asks us to simply "leave the door open" so they can access it and finish the job. No way, we said. He then proceeds to advise if they get their afternoon job done early they would try to stop by. Before we had the chance to reply, he hung up. Finally, the following day (a full 8 days since the initial appt) we get a call to schedule the next morning. At that time the job was finally complete, but not without a lot of frustration. To be honest, I wasn't going to let them finish it but my mother-in-law was the one who took the call for the appt that finally got it complete. Price was too expensive for the work performed.
