Jeff was courteous, punctual, and explained what he would do. He was considerate of the aesthetics of the remediation equipment and located it in a spot where it could do the job while remaining as ‘out of sight’ as possible. Jeff, the owner, arrived 5 minutes early for the estimate and 10 minutes early for the service appointment, a big plus in my book. He examined the entire system, explained what the problem was, and offered me options on how to proceed. He clearly explained everything I needed to know to make my decision. I chose to have the fan and conduit replaced. While he did so (and in extremely cold weather), he also rewired the system to make it more efficient. He even labeled the proper circuit in my breaker box! He also ran a test to be sure the new fan is adequate and the system is working satisfactorily. Jeff is very professional, efficient, prompt, and helpful. He is a pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to call him again for any needed repairs. I recommend him highly.
