I had work performed by Coblenz. I was given an estimate for the work. I agreed to the price. The work was completed, then, several weeks later, I was told that the price would be $33.50 more. Its now been over a month, and they refuse to return my calls to discuss the bill. Feel free to call sara at 330-644-4171 for more information.

I first contacted this outfit on January 6th. I was told that Wendell will get right back to me. Well, that call never came. 10 days later, I'm contacted (1/16/14) and asked if I still need a plumber. Shockingly, I said and quot;yesand quot; .....hoping for a quote and an eventual job performed. So, the secretary says that they have been very busy and Wendell could now be available to speak with. (Wow, I'm truly blessed now). She puts me on hold for a few minutes and then returns to let me know that Wendell is going through his mail and they will call me back when he is available. THEY CALLED ME IN THE FIRST PLACE! I know , if you're reading this, you'll be surprised to find out that the call-back never came. Now, January 30th, I'm called again. 14 days after the last BS call, and she asks me if I still need a plumber. UNBELIEVABLE. With the level of professionalism shown by this outfit, I would never use them.

Coblentz followed up with a long friendly phone call when they found I had a minor issue with their service. That rates a lot in my book. I can recommend these guys whole-heartedly.

Excellent experience as usual. Have used Coblentz since at least 2006 for variety of problems. Always prompt, professional, and reasonable prices. This time I asked advice on pros and cons of switching to instant hot water system. After joint on-site analysis of our set-up, likely installation problems, relative costs, etc., I decided better to stick with tank. New tank promptly installed, old tank removed, thorough clean-up.

They were excellent and I would use them again. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.

Very professional, company shirts, explained and answered all my questions, made sure I was in full understanding of warranty on work.
