Description of Work: Gutter cleaning was done thoroughly. The worker was very professional and polite. We were very pleased and will definitely use Chore Chasers again.

Description of Work: Repaired concrete, repaired yard shed, fixed root from large tree. These people are by far the best handyman service I've used, and I used three outfits before them. Their people were professional, friendly and the money was reasonable.

Description of Work: Helped hang up many mirrors, clean the dryer vent, and changed bulbs. |Jeff was friendly. Everything was good except that he could not clean his hands of the dirt that came everytime he used hammer and other tools. The walls are dirty because of that. Also, one of the mirror hanging was not so great!

Description of Work: Trees (some very large) & bushes trimmed on Saturday & Sunday. Refuse taken away. Staff polite and mostly English speaking. Miguel is my normal week day yard & lawn gardener and is a very clear and fluent English speaker. Needed some minor carpentry/repair work on an outbuilding. Responded quickly, gave me a fair estimate, performed the work as scheduled within the estimate. Will use them again.

One item was beyond their scope so they gave me a reference for someone else to do the bigger project I had in mind. Already scheduled another "chore" with them.

Description of Work: Our kitchen cabinets were slowly falling due to the original installer having failed to screw them into studs. The Chorechaser representative, found the studs, firmly attached the cabinets back to their original position and cleaned up after himself.

Description of Work: We tried ChoreChaser for the first time to clean gutters. They performed the work in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. We will be using ChoreChaser again!

Description of Work: I called ChoreChaser from an ad that I read in a local paper. I have not had much luck in the past with handyman services. I've called a couple companies (or maybe individuals) in the past where they did not show up to the appointment. I was thrilled when I called ChoreChaser and they answered the phone quickly, were very polite, offered a verbal quote over the phone and volunteered to come out to give an written quote at no charge. The handyman that came was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He cleaned my gutters and power washed by front porch and north side of the house. He explained that the green color is simply a moss and typically happens on the north side of buildings. He had a special cleaning fluid for the power washer that cleaned it off. It looked great! I will definitely call them again!
