+ -1 moreExcellent - the types of furniture I wanted required using different woods, and they were able to help me choose woods that would stain similarly; they also gave great advice on finishing at home. When we ordered some furniture (delivered) and ended up not able to refininsh it all ourselves and had to bring it back to the store to have them finish it, they re-delivered it and took 50% off the delivery charges, even though it was not their fault.
Description of Work: On several occasions I have purchased furniture from them; some that they fininshed, some that I finished, and some already fininshed in the store. I have used both Cincinnati locations.

+ 0 moreWe picked out the piece and what color stain that we wanted it to be. I believe that it took approximately three weeks to one mo for it to be finished and then we picked it up. They did an excellent job. It looks great and is exactly what we were looking for. We are planning to purchase a dining room set and china cabinet from them as well. They have a great variety of pieces of furniture and many different ways they can finish it for you.
Description of Work: We purchased an unfinished cabinet to go in our kitchen and had Woodcraft Furniture finish it for us in our color choice.
