When I used Sibcy Cline Inc Realtors I worked with a team called Team Hamilton, so it was Regina and Gary Hamilton and they were probably the best realtors I ever interacted with. They had to find a very creative solution for the sale of our condo that just was not budging off the market. We tried for about a year to get it to budge but it wasn't going anywhere so we found some really creative solutions that we figured out and the perfect house ended up getting posted and they dropped family plans to take us to see this house on about five minutes notice and put the offer in that night and ended up getting us the house within two hours of it coming on the market and that's just because they dropped what they were doing to help my husband and I out because we needed it. The people that bought our condo originally didn't want a home warranty and then changed their mind after the inspection and asked for one, so they actually paid the home warranty out of their commission and I don't know what they got on the purchase of the house that we bought, but I know for the sale of our home it was the six percent, but then they lost some for the home warranty. Regina is blunt and honest, and she is going to find you the best place, you just have to get around the fact that she's going to be blunt and honest with you. She would sometimes tell my husband and I to stop being dumb. I know that might sound awful, but she really kind of acted like my mom and they were brilliant. They are a husband and wife team, it's what the two of them do so it's pretty amazing
