Everything went quite smoothly. We had a new Master Bath put in our bedroom. So when they came, my first thought was " This is going to be a mess"... but it wasn't. They covered everything so as not to mess up our bedroom. And when they got sawdust etc. on the carpet etc... they cleaned it..:-) They explained what they were doing as they went along. You didn't feel out of control of your home. ( I have heard of some construction co. that just take over your home. and treat the owner like there were in the way. Kaeser and Losekamp DO NOT do that.) The only member of our family who felt PUT OUT by them was Sissy... Our little Maltese. She likes things her way. The plumbing was done by Brian Losekamp.... He did a wonderful job.... And the Electric was handles by Josh Wells.... Very nice man and did great work. If you need a good electrician..513-237-3760. He is located in Guilford, Ind.

This has been a great experience! The deck is even nicer than I had hoped. Very well constructed, very timely, & everything has been handled professionally. Besides the quality of work, I appreciate the promptness & great communication from this construction group. Phone calls were promptly returned, estimates were the same day, & the work was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this construction group.
Description of Work: Built a 12 X 26 deck with railing & 2 gates at my camper near Brookville Lake.

THE VARIOUS WORK CREWS WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SKILLED IN THEIR PARTICULAR FIELD. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN. IT WAS A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: REMOVED SHRUBS,EXISTING SMALL PORCH, AND FRONT DOOR, AND 4 WINDOWS IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. THEY BUILT A LARGE PORCH WITH GABLED ROOF, (12X20), NEW STEPS TO THE PORCH, FINISHED IT WITH PILLARS AND ARCHES. THEY PUT ON A NEW ROOF, REPLACED WINDOWS AND MADE A BOX BAY, REPLACED FRONT ENTRY DOORS WITH NEW ENTRY DOORS, AND MADE A STORAGE AREA IN THE BOX BAY AREA WITH FINE FINISHING WORK. THEY ALSO PUT IN NEW LIGHTING AND OUTLETS BOTH INSIDE AND OUT.

BUILT OUR HOME BASED UPON MY OWN DESIGNS. AT FIRST THEY DIDN'T WANT TO USE SOME OF MY MEASUREMENTS REGARDING THE KITCHEN WINDOW, BUT WORKED WITH US AND COMPLETED THE JOB. WHEN SOME SETTLING OCCURRED THEY CAME AND SERVICED THE DAMAGE. CURRENT PROBLEMS WITH FLOODING IN OUR BASEMENT HAVE NOT YET BEEN RESOLVED.
