So far is the best GC I have worked with. The responsiveness, the system for invoices and draws, the formality I really loved working with them and looking forward to do more projects in the future with them.

Huffman project management did a fantastic job with my property. I had to remodel an entire 2 bed, 1 bath unit and they made smart cost saving decisions while also adding the small upgrades that made the unit much more inviting. The whole team is very responsive and in constant contact. They even went above and beyond by checking on the property a month after to make sure everything was in order. Great work!

This is our first investment and it happens to be out of state. You know all the fears and unknowns that comes with your first investment that is out of state…well Mitch and his team were easy to talk to, honest and appreciated that he was experienced and knowledgeable since he is also an investor and deals with many out of state investors! He had a hard money lender for us and just made the whole process smooth!! He’d update us from time to time with videos on the progress! We are so blessed we found him through the Bigger Pockets!

Coming up on the one year anniversary of the purchase of my first house and the one person I most have to thank is mitch. I am a space cadet and have lagged in getting around to writing this review, but I hope my perseverance in doing so even a year later shows how memorable his service was. Quick, timely, and kind to all parties involved. I got my home on my first viewing and first offer, not a common feat. Part of what I think managed this was Mitch's observance of the sellers requests, he didn't rush or pester them and I think that is what allowed my offer to win over a firm. Thank you again Mitch!

Mitch helped me find and acquire a great investment property in Cincinnati. As an out-of-state investor, I was apprehensive about buying properties sight unseen.
