Description of Work: Joe removed the nodes aurtenise in our attic, He replace light fifteens and put in new ones. He was the best - and moderately price. He painted a wall and did some dry wall work to turn a man shack into room.

+ 0 moreTwenty five years ago, Jim Forbeck, Joe Forbecks father, removed a dining room window and installed a new Pella sliding door. He also completly remodeled the basement including electric, lighting, cabinets, plumbing, faucet and sink. Extremely nice guy, very talented and professional. Someone you can really trust in your home. Jiim has since retired and I lost contact. While searching Angies, I found Joe and knew he would be as good as his father...and he is and more. Last year, I had a foundation wall crack and leak on the finished side of the basement. All of the studs, drywall, cabinets, faucet and plumbing had to be removed to make the repair. Joe came in and did an exceptional job, not that I was surprised. Much of the work had to be done when no one was home. I completely trusted Joe as I did his father and he didn't let me down. Everthing was done in a timely, professional and craftsman like manner. Joe doesn't advertise...he doesn't have to...that says it all! You get what you pay for and I'm happy to do so! Extremely pleased. I have since contracted Joe install undercabinet lights in my kitchen and I contracted with him to install new Pella windows in the living and dining room and a new Provia front entry door. I will report upon completion.
Description of Work: Installed new electric service coming into the house, including outside electric box, new expanded circuit breaker box and all new circuit breakers. Partial remoldeling of basement which included stud work and electric of one wall and closet, installation of kitchen cabinets, sink and faucet. Replaced thirteen light fixtures with new LED fixtures. Replaced dimmer switches to accomodate LED lighting. Replaced two faucets in kitchen.

+ 0 moreExtremely pleased. Very professional, timely, and performed in a craftman like manner. Joe has done much work in the past for me. He is someone I know I can trust in my home and to do the job right...the first time. The lights are beautiful! Really sets off the kitchen. I will always hire Joe for any of my electrical or remodeling. I have also contracted with him to replace four windows in my living room and dining room and replace the front entry door. I will report upon completion.
Description of Work: Installed six Kichler stainless steel LED undercabinet lights and three new light switches.

Description of Work: Installed a new Panasonic 120cfm exhaust fan in the bathroom. Installed new ductwork for the new exhaust fan and for an existing exhaust fan in another bathroom. Installed ducts to the outside for both. Did and excellent job, used drop clothes and thoroughly cleaned up. Very professional.

Description of Work: Joe renovated our spare bathroom. He did alot of eletrical work, made the ceiling a foot taller, installed tub and tiles... We had not intended to pop the ceiling up, but when Joe presented this as an option, we were very happy because it made our bathroom look bigger. He installed a vent and light fixtures.
