+ -1 moreWe’ve had trouble finding good people. We live in a golf club community, and we’re hesitant to call people we haven’t worked with before because they drive into the neighborhood, see the bigger houses, and give us outlandishly high quotes. He was great! He charged a reasonable price and treated us very well. We keep his number in our cell phone now because he has become our go-to person.
Description of Work: We had an issue with our HVAC: the fan stopped blowing and we needed a new motor on it. He was courteous and came out himself. He was in and out and got it done on time.
