I had to do some negotiation to get the price to 33.00. I was told if we did not see a difference after a week to call and they would come back out at no charge. They said they would call the day before treating so I could keep my cats inside. I did not receive the notification call. The treatment was partially successful so I called to have them come back out and to tell them I did not receive an advance phone call to keep my cats inside. They said they would come back out, but not to expect any major changes with the violet and creeping vine in the yard. It makes me wonder what I am having my yard sprayed.

Excellent. They are a very reliable company. I periodically receive personal calls from the owner checking on the quality of service. They come in regular, evenly spaced intervals throughout the season (Feb - Nov). When I had tough weeds in a newly established lawn, I called them to request reapplication. They arrived within 2 days, and reapplied the treatment at no cost.

The bill for this contract was paid in Jan. of each year for the whole year. If each treatment were paid separately the total bill would be $388.00. We have used Velvet Lawn for many years and because we are very happy with their work, we have recommended them to many friends. We get complements on our yard.

We have been very pleased with the work provided. The lawn color is good as a result of being well fed and weeds are at a minimum. We have a dog and the service works with us without any dislocation in order to get the backyard serviced. The workers are courteous and professional. Most of the time we don't even know they are here except when they leave the notes and flags.

IT HAS BEEN A FULL WEEK LATER AND I'VE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. THEY TOLD ME NOT TO PLANT SEED, SINCE THEY WERE APPLYING AN INHIBITER. NOW THE WEEDS ARE REALLY TAKING OVER AND I FEEL LIKE I CAN'T DO ANYTHING. THEY AREN'T OPEN AFTER 4PM AND SO IT SEEMS LIKE I KEEP MISSING THEM. I'LL UPDATE IF THEY ARRIVE AT ALL! THEY ALSO SENT A CONFUSING BILL THAT MADE IT LOOK AS IF I'D AGREED TO PAY IT ALL AT ONCE, WHEN I DID NOT.

HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE STAYED ON THE LINE WITH ME AND ANSWERED LOTS OF QUESTIONS, AND OFFERED ADVICE TO HELP ME MAKE A DECISION ON WHO TO USE, BECAUSE HE DID NOT DO THE TYPE OF SERVICE I NEEDED AT THIS TIME OF YEAR. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

PURCHASED ONE YEAR CONTRACT. THEY'VE BEEN FANTASTIC, GOOD FOLLOW UP. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, CALL FIRST TO SEE IF I WOULD LIKE TO BE THERE WHEN THEY COME. I WILL CONTINUE USING THEM.
