I had 4 different quotes for the interior work and this was the lowest so I added on the exterior painting and board replacement as well. This was done as part of a list of things to do prior to listing the home for sale and the home was completely vacant so there was no furniture to move or lives to interrupt. Therefore, I cannot say whether or not they were punctual as I gave them a key and they could come and go as they pleased. Chris was very good at returning my phone calls or calling me if he had a question about how to approach something. The paint looks great, very well done with no marks or paint on the ceilings. The baseboards and doors also look great and all of the baseboards were caulked. Chris suggested a color that Realtors like and so far each Realtor has loved it. Here are the things I did not like: - Because I was not living in the home, the AC was set to kick in quite high and I only had one light left on at night. When I stopped by on Sunday (they started on a Friday), the AC was still running at 70. I also stopped by one night after work and at least three or four lights were still on. I assumed these were things that the painters would know to take care of with no one living there. (Chris did make a point to turn the AC off when they left each night after that weekend.) - Walking through the final day, I noticed some spots here and there of drywall mud or paint, not thinking too much of it. Now that we have started cleaning the house, we have found drywall mud drips in several spots in the kitchen, including on the new floor, the new countertops and the new sink, and in the bathrooms on all of the counters, one of the light fixtures, and the floors as well as on some of the carpet in at least one other room. Paint drips were found in at least one bathroom on the tile bathtub surround. The dust from (I assume) sanding the drywall mud was everywhere - along almost every baseboard or edge in every room. I was told they vacuumed but we have had to vacuum every room along the baseboards and in the bathrooms on the counters just to get all of the dust - and even then it's not completely gone, it has still required more cleaning. I assume they would have their own vacuum to clean up after jobs but the only vacuum in the house was left by my renters when they moved out, which I don't use (I bring up my own as the vacuum left by the renters does not vacuum well at all), so hopefully they did not rely solely on that vacuum to clean up when they were finished. Overall it was a good experience, and I would hire them again provided they actually cleaned up the mess they created. With no one living there, it should have been a fairly simple, but long, process and cleaning up should have been part of it. While they may have said they vacuumed, they either should have done so more thoroughly to get rid of the dust in every room or else mentioned that their vacuum did not seem to do such a good job (as I said, I would assume they bring their own vacuum to each job to clean up with when they are finished). The walls and trim look great but having to spend a few hours cleaning up their mess is not what we expected.

It went very well. I appreciated their work ethic. They were really good workers and considerate of the dust. They cleaned up after themselves.

Arrived on time and cleaned up very well. They moved furniture for no charge. We got many estimates and they were the most reasonable. They stripped wallpaper and painted woodwork and walls; they also painted the exterior of our home as well. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again for future work.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THE DETAIL OF THE WORK. PAINT LINES ARE CLEAN AND EVEN. BRUSHED FIRST COAT ON BODY AND SPRAYED SECOND COAT AND GAVE IT A VERY SMOOTH LOOK. VINCE AND JOE AND THEIR CREW TOOK THEIR TIME IN WORKING AND IN THE IMPORTANT PREPARATION WORK. THEY WERE ON OUR JOB DURING THE RAINY SEASON AND TOOK A FEW SUNNY DAYS OFF WHILE THEY FINISHED A PREVIOUS INDOOR JOB THAT THEY HAD STARTED ON A RAINY DAY. THAT'S MY ONLY COMPLAINT AND IT'S A SMALL ONE AT THAT.
