Jeff was very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. He explained things thoroughly and I feel he gave me a fair price on the aerator. It was nice that he is certified to fill out the paperwork needed for my homeowners KY permit. I wouldn't hesitate to use them or refer others to them.
Description of Work: I set up a service contract with them for my Jet wastewater system so I can be compliant for my state permit. Jeff found my aerator was not working so he installed a new one. He checked all the things under the service contract, he found I needed my septic pumped out, it had been a while since it had been done. He also installed new tablets in our chlorinator since we had put the wrong ones in.

It went well. He was done in a day. He did a good job. He knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend him. He has a very competitive service contract which includes adding chlorine as a safety measure at a very reasonable cost. His wife works the phone and she was very nice.
Description of Work: The replaced the aerobic air pump motor for the septic system.

It was very good. We have an aerobic septic system which requires maintenance twice a year to make sure it's up to date with the state and city and they are fantastic. They take care of it, they maintain it they service it and they fix it if need be. It's one of those things if it breaks you end up in a really sad state because everything will start smelling really bad. This has been great service by really nice people.
