+ -1 moreHe "fired up" the computer to see the problem on the spot, found the problem immediately and showed me how to fix it myself in the future. And he did not charge me. We like patronizing hometown businesses, and for our computer needs, we have found one that is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable.
Description of Work: We have our security software through Superior Computers and take our computer repair and service questions there.They have replaced a screen, installed flash memory, cleaned an infected machine and more. For this incident, the wi-fi on one computer had stopped working.

+ -1 moreThey did what they said they'd do and gave me a quote upfront. Didn't charge extra and stayed in the price range given to me. Completed the work quickly and guaranteed the work. I'd use them again.
Description of Work: Removed several viruses that were causing the computer not to function, and installed additional memory.

+ -1 moreI brought my computer to them last week and it was fixed faster than I was told. They estimated the cost when I brought it in and it was that cost. They do give free diagnosis.
Description of Work: I was having trouble logging in to my computer. Since I always buy my computers from Superior I also let them do any work on them that I may need. The guy at the front when I dropped it off seemed to know exactly what was wrong when I told him what my computer was doing. They had fixed numerous DELL computers with this problem. I was given an aproximate time they would take to evaluate my computer (free) and then get back to me to see what I would want to do.
